New Car Needed Quickly!! I visited the dealership last Tuesday because I was in the market for a new car. I was driving an old Ford Focus with high miles and it was starting t I visited the dealership last Tuesday because I was in the market for a new car. I was driving an old Ford Focus with high miles and it was starting to become unreliable. I was originally looking at the Fusion but decided on going with the Focus instead. The only condition of getting a new car was I wanted the color to be black. Your dealer; Dennis Willard helped me out tremendously and found a black Ford Focus. This was the first time that I had bought a new car and with the help of my fathers guidance, Dennis was able to make this an extremely smooth transaction. I was able to get a the color I wanted, sell my old Focus Station Wagon, and leave the door with a new Focus by Thursday, all within less than 1 week and several hours per day. On my Tuesday visit, there were many customers requiring Dennis's assistance but he was able to balance myself and others extremely well. I would highly suggest anyone in the market for a car, new or used, come to Dennis. Ford has a very good reputation but not every dealer is as good as Dennis. Dennis is someone who is laid back, willing to explore all options, and explain different vehicle plans and costs to them. The late hours of the dealership and Dennis's flexibility made it very easy for me to come there due to my busy working schedule. Dennis has served my family for several years and we all drive Fords. This is the only year in our family history that we all have purchased new cars from Ford. I will continue to be a proud Ford supporter and customer of Dennis for many years to come! More
