I purchased a vehicle that had been worked on by the dealership. Within a week I had a major oil leak, multiple seals needed to be re done, and lines needed to be replaced. Being that I was not from the area I had to take the vehicle to another ford service center and it took three weeks for me to get my vehicle back because they argued back and forth who was responsible for the cost of the fix (Ford or Dealership). My first service I requested an oil change and tire rotation. I expected my fluids checked and topped off, didn’t happen and neither did the tire rotation! Second service again requested a tire rotati rotation. I expected my fluids checked and topped off, didn’t happen and neither did the tire rotation! Second service again requested a tire rotation & recall service. I get a call hour later stating they looked in my glove box & center console for wheel lock & never found it. So they said they could cut it off and replace. I need my tires rotated because fronts are bald back are brand new! So I agreed. I get charged around $100. I get my vehicle back I open the spare tire compartment and the wheel lock is right there in plain site! Not only was I charged for this now I don’t have wheel locks. Ridiculous! More
