I wouldn't get the same price back. Even his boss wouldn't do anything. I always thought there was a law that you had five days to get out of the deal... They did not allow that to happen. Regardless, I will never buy there again nor will my family or friends. Please spread the word. More

I live an hour from Gaylord, but found an escape for my wife there. I called and they told me it was a "creampuff". I made the trip, spent 3 hours dealing on the vehicle and financing it. I was about to sign, when i found a $1500 difference in the price i shook hands on and the price they were trying to get. I was about to sign the title and saw a paper stapled to the title that said there had been over $3k worth of hail damage, but nobody at the dealership seemed to know anything about that. This dealership is why people hate car salesmen! More
