Fast, easy, trustworthy. I was pretty sure what I wanted (Ford Escape) so when I stopped in I dealt with Jake (not from State Farm. Confusing, I know.) we went over some of things I wanted in a vehicle and price range. We looked at a few and test drove on of them. Loved it and knew that's what I wanted. Jake and I communicated via text the next day and when I went in to buy it the car was detailed, gassed up, and in the showroom for me to drive off with it. The process was so easy! I had a few questions for Jake and he was always honest, nice and professional. When it's time to upgrade our other car to a truck we will be using Gaylord ford! Thanks guys! Great experience. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from this dealership. I originally went to the dealership to test drive a different vehicle on the lot. Al I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer from this dealership. I originally went to the dealership to test drive a different vehicle on the lot. Although the Flex was nice, it wasn't what I was looking for. I was ready to go test drive another vehicle (an Explorer) elsewhere. Jake did price comparisons and showed me another Explorer on their lot. It was the perfect vehicle for me and more then I had hoped for. Jake was very personable and made feel more comfortable. I didn't feel pressured and I felt I received the best possible deal. I would highly recommend this dealership. The staff was wonderful to work with. More

A great experience I was dreading car shopping. Far too many times I've dealt with pushy salespeople trying to sell me something that was wrecked & shabbily repaired or I was dreading car shopping. Far too many times I've dealt with pushy salespeople trying to sell me something that was wrecked & shabbily repaired or way out of my price range. It seems they'll lie through their teeth to get a sale. I had already planned to go to the city and look at their inventory, and a Chevy HHR in particular, when the HHR on Gaylord Fords lot caught my eye. My saleman, Jake Kapellor, treated me like a valued customer despite being midway into a more lucrative sale, and was able to come up with payments I could afford on an extremely nice HHR. The wife and I did make a trip to the city, just to take our new car for a ride. For kicks, we went to the dealership to look at the car we had planned to check out. It was $500 more, looked like it'd been rode hard & hung up wet, and full of dents and scratches. We weren't there 10 seconds before a pushy salesman in a plaid sport coat was on us like white on rice. Thanks again Jake and everyone at Gaylord Ford for a great buying experience! More
