Brought vehicle in because they told me they had to change the Oil so they could monitor why I’m using 6 to 7 quarts every 5000 miles they change the oil I brought back every 500 miles. They have zero documentation now they want me to bring the vehicle back so they can change the oil again and start out at step one, at my expense again, there are several TSB‘s that need to be performed on this vehicle, they want to change the dipstick which is going to do absolutely nothing towards solving the oil consumption problem More

We worked with Jill Mazzenga in Gaylord when we decided to order our 2024 Maverick. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. My last car was a MINI I bought from Southfield MI. Getting there and back was a zoo so I took it to Grand Rapids for service, easier but still 3 hours one way. Serra Ford is walkable if necessary. I went to look at a used 2018 Ford Explorer and test drive it. I was very interested. The only thing stopping me from buying it was the drivers side heated seat not working. I notified Denise about the drive it. I was very interested. The only thing stopping me from buying it was the drivers side heated seat not working. I notified Denise about the shaking and the heated seat issue. My car is 4 years older and has working heated seats. She told me it is being sold as is but they would fix the shaking. The next day I called Denise in sales, to ask if they could fix the heated seat I would pay the extra money. She acted like I couldn't afford $500-$800 for them to fix the seat. Denise then got short with me on the phone and stated, "well someone else is test driving it now so I need a yay or nay". She seemed aggravated that she had to go ask about my offer for the heated seat.This was my very first experience with this dealership and it was not a good one. This was enough for me to not want to buy any vehicle from here. More
