They have zero documentation now they want me to bring the vehicle back so they can change the oil again and start out at step one, at my expense again, there are several TSB‘s that need to be performed on this vehicle, they want to change the dipstick which is going to do absolutely nothing towards solving the oil consumption problem More

My last car was a MINI I bought from Southfield MI. Getting there and back was a zoo so I took it to Grand Rapids for service, easier but still 3 hours one way. Serra Ford is walkable if necessary.
