I recently brought my 2024 F-150 to Sarra Ford Gaylord for an oil change, and unfortunately, the service was subpar. It appears that the technicians cut corners by not removing the skid plate during the o for an oil change, and unfortunately, the service was subpar. It appears that the technicians cut corners by not removing the skid plate during the oil change, resulting in oil leaking all over my garage floor overnight. When my wife returned the vehicle the next day, they cleaned the undercarriage and rechecked the oil, but the inconvenience and lack of professionalism were already apparent. What’s worse, I was promised a follow-up call once the service was complete, and no one ever reached out. As a long-time customer of Bill Marsh Ford Gaylord, I was accustomed to consistent, high-quality service. Sadly, this experience with Sarra Ford Gaylord did not meet those standards. This has left me questioning whether I’ll return in the future. More

Not only was the car I purchased very nice, the sales staff and everyone else at the dealership were exceptional, knew their jobs, were courteous, and very helpful. Made appointment 7 days in advance . Came home after truck was there 21/2 days after no calls or returned calls from dealership. bought this older escape as a "winter beater". it was exactly as represented- rusty. and so far, trusty. heater, lights, wipers and 4x4 all work fine. great value for the money, i can keep my Taur it was exactly as represented- rusty. and so far, trusty. heater, lights, wipers and 4x4 all work fine. great value for the money, i can keep my Taurus out of the oversalted Michigan roads. cash deal, did not finance. Brought vehicle in because they told me they had to change the Oil so they could monitor why I’m using 6 to 7 quarts every 5000 miles they change the oil I brought back every 500 miles. They have zero documentation now they want me to bring the vehicle back so they can change the oil again and start out at step one, at my expense again, there are several TSB‘s that need to be performed on this vehicle, they want to change the dipstick which is going to do absolutely nothing towards solving the oil consumption problem More
