First, leadership and great examp WONDERFUL experience I and my family had with our experience at Serra Ford of Farmington Hills Service Department. First, leadership and great example starts at the top and works it way throughout an organization. This is evident by the fact that every individual within that organization has the same mission. That of Customer Satisfaction. That started from the first day and with the first call. If I had to sum up our great experience in the form of one person there, it would be Mr. Brian Cunningham. Brian's behavior is both professional and courteous. He treats clients with dignity and honesty. He is open about the cost of repairs but provides a prioritized option to help you reach you goal. His promises were timely and were carried out as stated. He is an excellent communicator and works diligently to assure that you are kept in the loop. One of his best qualities is that he listens intently. And after listening, he shows evidence of caring and his consideration by offering a solution that his years of experience has shown to be the best proven route to solving your particular situation. You never feel like you are number when talking to Mr. Cunningham, he takes his time and if he doesn't have time at that moment, he says, "This conversation is important to me, I am with another client right now, can I please call you right back... I took my car in to have the map updated in September 2022. When I got my car back the voice recognition was not working. I found out in May 2023 the map was never updated. I took it in for this visit an 2022. When I got my car back the voice recognition was not working. I found out in May 2023 the map was never updated. I took it in for this visit and they crashed my hard drive which I had to pay for the new one. I repeat “THEY” crashed my hard drive!!!! When I picked the car up and requested the old hard drive “THEY” refused! Michigan Law states I am entitled to the hard drive. I know someone who engineers these type of hard drives and he wanted to look at it to see how it was damaged. I was never a fan of Tom Holzer Ford and I seriously thought that Serra would be better — guess I was wrong. They did not respect my time I had to bring it back up three times. First time they crashed the hard drive had be=to order new one (took 5 days). Took it back was told hard drive was delivered. Took it back and after about 5 hours that day they told me the wrong part was sent this was a Friday. Amazingly, they were able to get the right part by Monday. I truly believe they had the right part just couldn’t get to it so they lied!. Took the car back On Monday third visit hard drive was installed. Requested old hard drive was told it is not a part that they could return I would have to pay $750.00 to get the part. I call hogwash!! Please understand I don’t think this was Scott the Service Managers fault. He did take Friday off which I think that is why my car was not taken care of on Friday. Ok, so I am trying to submit the review and they ask — Would you recommend this service center — I replied NO and it will not let me submit the review. Awesome way to get a YES answer. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this dealer but I want my review to be submitted so changing it so that you can get this BAD review. More
