My car isn’t fixed.. I sent my car here after my front tire popped off while driving causing me to wreck. It took a month to get it back and now that I have it back, the p I sent my car here after my front tire popped off while driving causing me to wreck. It took a month to get it back and now that I have it back, the passenger side where the tire popped off still rattles when I drive it and some of my power controls don’t work. They staff did tell me I could bring it back, but I didn’t bother considering I’m sure they wouldn’t fix whatever was still wrong with my vehicle for free. More

Service is awful and they do half a** job on everything Don't even know where to begin. Let's just say after 3 weeks of being in the shop to fix a leak in the roof and for them to check out the transmission Don't even know where to begin. Let's just say after 3 weeks of being in the shop to fix a leak in the roof and for them to check out the transmission. They have replaced the headliner and the antenna and ended up removing the transmission without telling us first and replaced several parts. We never got a call letting us know about anything until we called and left several messages. I picked the car up and it was very nasty (grease prints everywhere and water stains in my seat from the leak) and several things were still wrong with it. I took it back for them to detail and they scratched my paneling trying to get glue off of it (took it back and they are replacing it) and still never cleaned all the greasy finger prints off my new headliner and visors. And now there is a rattling noise coming from God knows where and my hands free mic sounds like I'm in a box. Needless to say my husband will be taking it back again when he gets back in town. And once all of this is fixed we will never take it there again nor will we ever purchase another car from this dealership. More

TWO WORDS----NEVER AGAIN The service department is crap. If they say I'll call you, they won't. If they say I'll have it ready tomorrow, they won't. This is no way to do business but I guess it works for Serra because they have been there a long time. They just will not get my money in the service department or from the showroom floor. More

Takes over 5 minutes to get anyone in the Chevy service department to answer a phone, then they act like they just want you to drop dead. Edwards Chevrolet downtown has a much better, more professional, department to answer a phone, then they act like they just want you to drop dead.
