I would have rated higher but the service guy said the oil changes had gone up.. but when I compared my previous receipts.. I saw where I had been charged for extra stuff that had not been discussed. I feel that there is a great lack of professionalism and customer service. Our cares and concerns for our vehicle was met by excuses and insufficient workmanship.
