Unfortunately the customer service was clouded by one of the desk people, Johnny Chenault, who was a complete xxxxxxx 2 days in a row. Everyone else was super nice and helpful. I completely avoided him th the desk people, Johnny Chenault, who was a complete xxxxxxx 2 days in a row. Everyone else was super nice and helpful. I completely avoided him the second day but when asking a simple question about my warranty my second tech said he wasn't sure and asked Johnny. Johnny mumbled something and said that was a stupid question and walked away. I have always had great service but will avoid this assclown from here on out. He is in a customer service roll... have some decency. More

After spending nearly 20,000$ 2 weeks ago on truck I've been broke down twice. Cecil Moore (sales) told me "I'm off today, I'll look into it tomorrow ". Bu t I'm broke down today.
