The Serra service department attempted to fix my truck , and indicated the electrical issues were fixed however 2 weeks later, the same issue appeared, so truck is back in the shop. In terms of receiving feedback on progress, it has been more than difficult in reaching anyone when I call or leave messages. There could be several days before anyone reaches out with progress. Serra was great to work with. Chris and Jeremy were our salesmen and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Khalid was the finance guy and he was fast. He got us in and out. We were not given a rental car for about a week. I had to fight just to get one for my wife. I believe the service managers name is Jason. I spoke to him one time and he told me he would call me bac I had to fight just to get one for my wife. I believe the service managers name is Jason. I spoke to him one time and he told me he would call me back within 30 min. He told me the hose was on back order. I me tioned to get the part from Napa and I was ok with that. I was then told I could go pay for it. I cant believe i was told to pay for it when it was a warranty issue. I then followed up multiple times over the next couple days leaving voicemails and never one received a call back. The lack of customer service at this facility amazes me. The people here had to try this hard to go out of the way and not respond. I then received a call stating our car was done and if I wasnt up there within 24 hrs to get it that we would have to pay for the rental. More
