This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Literally from start to finish, this was a bad experience. My experience literally, from drop off to pick up was a big cluster. At drop off, someone greeted me, put a reader on my car and tossed it to the Service Advisor, Armand Planter. Then another person took my car before, I had even spoke to the service adviser. While, at the Service Desk, the guy was on a call on speaker phone. Meanwhile, my car was already gone. The communication was a disaster, dealing with Armand. Once it was agreed upon, what we were doing to fixed the car, the young man, supposed to text me updates and that the car was finished etc….. at some point, he was texting the wrong phone number, even though, he started the text thread. ie. Don’t text in all caps, find out a customer’s preferred communication number and method, confirm that your “customer “ has received any information……ie…. With five desks so closed together, I wouldn’t use speaker phone and or play music at your desk. I wouldn’t leave five to six keys laying around unattended….. More

Been a customer for 7 years. Bought 2 suburbans from them. All service and tires have been done on both vehicles there only. Had a small leak on a pinion seal a few years ago and Bought 2 suburbans from them. All service and tires have been done on both vehicles there only. Had a small leak on a pinion seal a few years ago and had them change it during service. They over tightened the pinion nut and burned up the rear end in about 250 miles. They would not take care of their mistake and it cost me $3500 for them to fix. Had the magna ride shocks go out on one of the trucks that should have been covered by warranty. I gave them my truck to check and they had it for a week. I tried to call and get updates and nobody would return my call. I went up to check on it and they had not looked at it and told me it would be 3 or 4 more days before they could check it out. I just took it home and fixed it myself. Last week i took it in for service. As I went to check out I had a $59 service coupon . They told me I had to present it before service. Nowhere on the coupon does it tell you that you need to present it before service. It cost me $146. That was it for me. They will never get another penny from me or anyone in my family. They lost a loyal customer and I will never go back. I would give them a negative 5 stars but the review would not let me. More
