I have been a customer of this dealership for over 10 years, Buff Whelan was absolutely hands down great at customer service. With that being said, today was my first day back into that dealership as Serra Whelan because my lease will be ending soon so made an appointment. I sit down with this sales person and barely looked at me twice while talking to me. He was the most arrogant xxxxxxx I have ever met. Didn’t even try to help. Told me the info which was absolute BS because not my first rodeo. Because I’m a woman I guess he felt the need to try to bully and intimidate me after I said thanks I’ll look elsewhere to return my lease. All you did was lose another customer to this horrible customer service u have. I know this is only 1 comment and won’t mean a single thing to your business but that’s ok. I walked away having the WORST experience of my life with a dealership in 10 minutes. Thank you sir for pointing me towards a better option! Never will be back again More

We recently bought a 2022 Malibu from this dealer Mr. Brown. We had a trade in we wanted $500 more, & he would not budge! We feel he ripped us off because he resold it for a higher top dollar price. PreOwned Salesman didn't want to help me pick a car in person. Just kept asking me what color I wanted. After an oil change and tire rotation, someone must have forgotten to tighten my lug nuts on a tire. By the time I took it in 1.5 months later for transmission problems, I had lost THREE lug nuts on a singl forgotten to tighten my lug nuts on a tire. By the time I took it in 1.5 months later for transmission problems, I had lost THREE lug nuts on a single tire!! They pulled the tapes and told me I drove in that way. Even though my receipt says they completed the GM Goodwrench multi-point inspection, nobody bothered to let me know. But they were sure to find a suspension issue. So that's transmission issues, suspension issues and an evap check engine code on a 2019 Traverse with only 50,000 miles. AWESOME. We spoke with the manager about the missing lug nuts. She clearly didn't care. Offered us 3 lug nuts. This is NOT about $20 worth of lug nuts, it's about the safety of me and my children driving in this vehicle!! I will not be back. Check your tires everyone!!! My sales advisor was nice, unimpressed by management. More
My first visit to Serra Whelan for Service was disappointing from a Technician standpoint ! The work order was clearly written by the Service Advisor to 'Perform Lube, Oil and Filter Change'. Wha disappointing from a Technician standpoint ! The work order was clearly written by the Service Advisor to 'Perform Lube, Oil and Filter Change'. What the Technician wrote on the work order at completion is NOT what he performed in the service. Apon completion of service, the Technician drove my vehicle to me. I asked the Technician how many zerk fittings were there to Lube. He proceeded to say 'I don't know'. I asked if he Lubed the front end and he said that it was not on the work order to do so. I pointed out to him that it was clearly written by the service writer on the work order to 'Perform Lube, Oil and Filter' Change. The Technician was rude and just blew this off and walked away. In addition, when I walked out to my vehicle, there was oil hand prints on the white exterior of the driver door and oil hand print on the interior console lid. So overall, not happy and a disappointing first visit to this dealership. More
