My sales person (Laura Massrant) went on vacation the day I took delivery on my new car knowing that I was taking delivery and did not communicate this to anyone in the dealership. I have e-mail confirmatin I took delivery on my new car knowing that I was taking delivery and did not communicate this to anyone in the dealership. I have e-mail confirmatin confirming this to the sales person and the GSM. The General Sales Manager also knew the time and date of my delivery on my car and was also on vacation. He also did not communicate my information to anyone else in the dealership. I left work early only to sit for more than an hour to wait for my paperwork to be complete. My new car was not prepped for new car delivery. I would not recommend this dealership. I brought my new car home, and had to clear it my self, the dealership stickers were still on the car. ( not the new car sticker) dealership stickers. I would not recommend this dealership, this was VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

What a great dealership. They had so many cars and trucks in stock it was hard to choose.Never have i ever had a better transaction. I will now travel out of my way to always go there.I walked out of Jay che in stock it was hard to choose.Never have i ever had a better transaction. I will now travel out of my way to always go there.I walked out of Jay chevrolet because they were so rude, even the owner was a jerk to me never again. i will always buy from the nicest dealer in michigan. buff whelan chevy in sterling heights. I was treated with respect and was given a great price on my new tahoe. I appreciated the prompt service and would recommend Buff Whelan highly. When I started looking for the tahoe, I went to many different my new tahoe. I appreciated the prompt service and would recommend Buff Whelan highly. When I started looking for the tahoe, I went to many different dealers in the area and was unimpressed until I went to Buff Whelan. The sales staff was knowledgeable and nice (a nice change). I walked in and drove out in the same day. They changed my view of car dealers...I will be a customer for life. More

Excellent! Very knowledgeable. They told me what to expect about my repair on my Blazer and it was exact.
