They are very foul mouthed and do not adhere to the deals they tell you. They are nothing but liars and try to make you purchase items you donot want. I had leased a corvette and was going to buy a truck. they tell you. They are nothing but liars and try to make you purchase items you donot want. I had leased a corvette and was going to buy a truck. They lied about the price and added on an extended warranty $1800.00 and $300.00 for a bed liner. The interest rate was 2.9% as per my conversation with PNC Bank. Kris the salesman and the owner of the dealership tried to tell me that I had to take these added costs otherwise my interest rate would be 4.9%. I called the bank and inquired on the loan specifics. The bank said they do not require anything other than insurance. After confronting the owner and salesman Kris both on a conference call, the owner proceeded to lie and use four letter words when she spoke to me. I am thoroughly disgusted with the disrespect shown to me as a customer. GM will be hearing about this especially since my neighbor is a General Motors executive. More

When I came in for service, Tracy handled everything from start to finish. She answered all of my questions, took care of my rental, and made sure I was in and out pretty quick. When I came to pick up my c start to finish. She answered all of my questions, took care of my rental, and made sure I was in and out pretty quick. When I came to pick up my car, I had my hands full - 9 month old baby, car seat, purse, drink, and diaper bag. Everyone offered to help me carry things and I was done with the cashier in less than 2 minutes and my car was already waiting for me! I was expecting to spend a lot more time and money and was very pleasantly surprised! The service team did an amazing job handling my needs! More

We were greeted right away when we came in and were treated like family. We asked about an add in the paper and were shown it right away.Terry brought the car up right away and we were sitting in it in treated like family. We asked about an add in the paper and were shown it right away.Terry brought the car up right away and we were sitting in it in a matter of minutes.All the numbers added up to what we were looking for, so all was done in that short of time. There was a small scratch on the car when we came to pick it up and Terry took care of everything! All work was done with a great outcome. I felt that I was the one in charge. They didnt make suggestions as to what I should get. They gave me the options and I made my choice. I was made to feel like a respected customer, not as if they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. And I ran across your dealership on the internet. I corresponded with John Trotto and his conversation online was the same in the showroom. I really appreciated the honesty and respect I got from him. After our intro John T. immediately acknowleged being familiar with what I was looking for and even complemented me on my research. We selected two Cruze vehicles to look at and after showing me to the first vehicle he drove the 2nd vehicle over to the first so that I could compare side-by-side. When I asked questions I felt each and every answer was honest and sincere. While I have never met John before, in a very short time I felt I have known him for a while and could trust him on a fair and honest deal! This is the third new vehicle I have purchased at this dealership in as many decades! More
