There's always two sides to every story. In this case there is alot of misleading and incorrect information being posted. We are a dealer of integrity and we will not put ourselves in jepordy of losing our franchise or the employee to lose their discounts/rights to GMS pricing. Without going into specifics, we were asked to do some things that go against GM's guidelines. We will not participate in doing this. We also have documented e-mails stating what was demanded/expected of us to get the sale. This person could have decided to go elsewhere, yet they bought from us anyway. I beleive it is important to respond to these types of posts so customers understand things are not always what they seem to be. Thank you. Kerry Whelan
