The over all experience was excellent! When we picked our car up, we waited maybe 10 minutes and were greeted by Jeff and the receptionist who also offered us coffee or water while we waited. The Chevy Aveo gave me a lot of trouble since I bought it. During years I went to different dealers to solve these problems (Indiana). None of them comparing with Buff Whelan. Even from the entry, Denise was taking the car and his friendly attitude calmed me down no matter the problems I had. The service consultant Lena Wood was always understanding and she was doing the best to collect all the information she needed related with the car issue. The problem I had was with the airbag system and I really appreciate that I got the car every time when she promised (even early). I could understand what the problem it was and what the service did to fix it. I got calls at any time I had to be informed about the car status and even I wasn't available I got the messages. I really appreciated the openness and no-nonsense attitude of Terry Tanton and the finance team. I almost bought a Hyundai Santa Fe but I was completely dissatisfied with the games and lack of trans attitude of Terry Tanton and the finance team. I almost bought a Hyundai Santa Fe but I was completely dissatisfied with the games and lack of transparency when discussing price from that dealer. Terry could quote pricing and financing options and costs immediately on the screen and he was clear and concise. He personally drove my trade to the used car area and came back with my quote quickly. I never felt hurried or harassed but I also knew there was no stalling or BS in the mix. A small point but indicative of the personality of Terry was that he noticed I was concerned about the low battery on my phone while at his desk and he offered me his own charge cable which helped me a lot because I needed to work on the phone while there. I marked the price as "good" because I always want lower pricing but it was a fair price for my trade and my new Equinox. More

His professionalism and knowledge of all the GM models, and features of each was very impressive. He found a model specific to our needs and requirements, pointing out features we may have overlooked. Once he found the perfect vehicle for us, he very thoroughly and patiently explained all of the paperwork at the time of signing. His follow-up communication on our order status helped us tremendously in our planning and timing transisioning to our new vehicle. Any last minute questions we had were answered in a very timely manner by John.
