The service consultant Lena Wood was always understanding and she was doing the best to collect all the information she needed related with the car issue. The problem I had was with the airbag system and I really appreciate that I got the car every time when she promised (even early). I could understand what the problem it was and what the service did to fix it. I got calls at any time I had to be informed about the car status and even I wasn't available I got the messages. Terry could quote pricing and financing options and costs immediately on the screen and he was clear and concise. He personally drove my trade to the used car area and came back with my quote quickly. I never felt hurried or harassed but I also knew there was no stalling or BS in the mix. A small point but indicative of the personality of Terry was that he noticed I was concerned about the low battery on my phone while at his desk and he offered me his own charge cable which helped me a lot because I needed to work on the phone while there. I marked the price as "good" because I always want lower pricing but it was a fair price for my trade and my new Equinox. More
