Because of that I need you to send me some package of free oil change as a complimentary for customers, specially the customer who has been a loyal customer like me and my son Ayad Edward Bunni for more than 12 years of leasing and buying service. My son Ayad's lease is up this end of the year and he is seriously thinking about going to Buick or Cadilac or other foreign auto dealer to check what they have but I need you somehow to help in forcing him to get another Chevy but on order to do that you will need the president of Buff Whealan or other managers to issue some special package to us the BUNNI family where we can be considered as a long loyal customers to send us free oil change and in this case he will be so happy that Buff Whealan is really appreciating his buisness and they are eager to help him with his next car that will be again Chevy (The best at GM). I raelly appreciate you are sending me this survey sir becuase this is what makes you and also your employer a great friendly place which everytime I walk in there I feel like it is my home space and everyone is my buddies. Think about what I asked you above and bring it up to the president of Buff Whealan becuase in order to keep customers happy, smiling, you will need to give them something back to what they ejnoy driving everyday on the road (CHEVY). My radio and clock quit working, also my gages were acting wild so I called Dan and he arranged with Jason to have me bring my car in the next morning. When the work was not completed by later afternoo acting wild so I called Dan and he arranged with Jason to have me bring my car in the next morning. When the work was not completed by later afternoon, Jason called me and told me to come back in and get a loaner for the weekend. Loved the Cruse. Work was completed on Monday and I returned the loaner and picket up my car. Everything was handled professionally. More

They are very foul mouthed and do not adhere to the deals they tell you. They are nothing but liars and try to make you purchase items you donot want. I had leased a corvette and was going to buy a truck. they tell you. They are nothing but liars and try to make you purchase items you donot want. I had leased a corvette and was going to buy a truck. They lied about the price and added on an extended warranty $1800.00 and $300.00 for a bed liner. The interest rate was 2.9% as per my conversation with PNC Bank. Kris the salesman and the owner of the dealership tried to tell me that I had to take these added costs otherwise my interest rate would be 4.9%. I called the bank and inquired on the loan specifics. The bank said they do not require anything other than insurance. After confronting the owner and salesman Kris both on a conference call, the owner proceeded to lie and use four letter words when she spoke to me. I am thoroughly disgusted with the disrespect shown to me as a customer. GM will be hearing about this especially since my neighbor is a General Motors executive. More

When I came in for service, Tracy handled everything from start to finish. She answered all of my questions, took care of my rental, and made sure I was in and out pretty quick. When I came to pick up my c start to finish. She answered all of my questions, took care of my rental, and made sure I was in and out pretty quick. When I came to pick up my car, I had my hands full - 9 month old baby, car seat, purse, drink, and diaper bag. Everyone offered to help me carry things and I was done with the cashier in less than 2 minutes and my car was already waiting for me! I was expecting to spend a lot more time and money and was very pleasantly surprised! The service team did an amazing job handling my needs! More

We were greeted right away when we came in and were treated like family. We asked about an add in the paper and were shown it right away.Terry brought the car up right away and we were sitting in it in treated like family. We asked about an add in the paper and were shown it right away.Terry brought the car up right away and we were sitting in it in a matter of minutes.All the numbers added up to what we were looking for, so all was done in that short of time. There was a small scratch on the car when we came to pick it up and Terry took care of everything! All work was done with a great outcome.
