I lived about 1.5 hours away from the dealer and did business over the phone initially to have concrete reference and a starting point for which a compromise could be set and a further deal could be accomplished with both parties. Spoke on the phone for a few hours and had a given price on a car of interest. The price was absolutely in no terms finalized over the phone and I was scheduled an appointment to clinch the deal in person as I still was not satisfied with the number given over the phone. After driving ~2 hours in traffic, a laughable amount of grandeur delusions and change of tone was emitted from the dealership employees. Once I was in the doors, potential discussion and negotiation was nullified and had allegedly already been finalized. Furthermore, dealership had not an inch more to give in regards to the vehicle pricing as per their own words. I most importantly left as a direct result of the patronizing attitude by the sales force. Despicable way to not only speak to me like I'm a hassle to you, but to further decide to begin blatantly promulgating your thoughts of me due to my age. You nor anyone else gets to question my defensiveness when it comes to my own hard earned money. Not only will I not ever personally return, but there will not be a single person in my social vicinity that will be left unaware of your practices. More

I had the easiet lease process with Michelle David I went to Hamilton Chevy a few weeks prior to coming to Buff Whelan and they gave me such hard time every time I go there but when I went to Buff, Mic I went to Hamilton Chevy a few weeks prior to coming to Buff Whelan and they gave me such hard time every time I go there but when I went to Buff, Michelle David took great care of me. I talked to her and told her exactly what I was looking for and in less than 24 hrs I was in a new lease at a very good price that was right in my budget. I would recommend Michelle to anyone buy or leasing a vehicle. Never have I had such a quick and easy experience doing anything at a dealership. More

I actually was worried about how long it would take since I was on my way to work. Buff Whelan offered me a loaner car while our Equinox was in for service, which was awesome. I can actually say that the entire process of checking in the car and getting a loaner only took about 10 minutes!!!! I was amazed at how fast the service department took care of me. They were prompt, polite and greeted me immediately upon entering the dealership. Jason, my service advisor kept me informed about the progress they were making on my car. Being a woman, I never once felt intimidated by Jason, he was exceptionally informative and treated me very well. I will personally ask for Jason again when needing any service issues. More
I have had Very Good Experiences when leasing! I have leased cars with the Caul men since 2003, first Chris, than Mike now Jeff and each of them have been so helpful. I now nave a 2015 Malibu LT t I have leased cars with the Caul men since 2003, first Chris, than Mike now Jeff and each of them have been so helpful. I now nave a 2015 Malibu LT through Jeff and will be trading this in for a 2018 when they come to the lot and I can check them out. I know Jeff will help has he has in the past and I look forward to seeing him again for my new lease. He is a fantastic salesman and takes time with each and every customer. More
