I brought my vehicle in yesterday and and was very displeased with the outcome yesterday. The service rep failed to listen not once but twice. I specifically asked her that I don't want a carwash and displeased with the outcome yesterday. The service rep failed to listen not once but twice. I specifically asked her that I don't want a carwash and that I was paying with my points. Neither one were written on the invoice. Well someone else had taken over because she wasn't around and the other service rep asked how I was paying........I'm thinking it should be on there. I said with my points. When the porter went to retrieve my car it was taking a little longer than usual........I'm thought she's washing my vehicle! I ran out and there it was being ran through the wash! I'm so furious and pissed right now it's hard to put into words. I detail cars and I just ceramic coated my vehicle now it has to be redone. It's not cheap and it's a lengthy process. Well now my vehicle has a chip as well as scratches from the your tunnel wash. You shouldn't automatically run someone's car through a wash without their consent for future reference. Not everyone wants their vehicle taken through a garbage wash that could potentially ruin a vehicle. This is the last time I bring my vehicle back for anything! It's been problems since day 1 of the purchase of my vehicle. Nothing has been good since day 1 More
