I recently purchased a ’07 Equinox from James Corlew Chevrolet/Cadillac in Clarksville Tn. Prior to talking with the sales reps, Krista and Michael Sutherland, seeing the vehicle, and actually Corlew Chevrolet/Cadillac in Clarksville Tn. Prior to talking with the sales reps, Krista and Michael Sutherland, seeing the vehicle, and actually driving it I was dead set on getting another Toyota and was convinced that no other vehicle could compare. Krista and Michael Sutherland were EXTREMELY professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and very down to earth. There was another gentlemen who was apart of their team who showed me and talk to me about my vehicle prior to me driving off with it. Going through this experience with Krista, Michael, and the other gentlemen, made me feel as though I was adopting their child or purchasing a one of a kind champion bloodline pet. They took such pride in the vehicle and had true concern for me and my wants. They ensured and took the time to get what I wanted, not what vehicles were available on the lot. (Which is was Toyota was trying to do) Words can not express how completely satisfied I am with my whole experience with James Corlew Chevrolet not to mention my new SUV. I just wanted to share how fulfilled and ecstatic I am about my Chevrolet experience.
