Always very attentive and helpful. I drive more than an hour out of my way to come to Serra when a different Kia dealership is 20 miles from my house. The one close to my house does no I drive more than an hour out of my way to come to Serra when a different Kia dealership is 20 miles from my house. The one close to my house does not provide anywhere near this level of service. More

I am happy with the services performed and the ease of making an appointment for service. They also do get your car back quickly with a scheduled appointment, however, the last 2 times I have had an appo making an appointment for service. They also do get your car back quickly with a scheduled appointment, however, the last 2 times I have had an appointment they did get my car back quickly but when it was finished I was not notified and ended up waiting 20-30 minutes after my car was finished being worked on. Both times they said they thought I had left but I never left the waiting room and they did not call my name out-that I could hear- either time. I ended up having to track someone down to see if they were finished with my car both times. With a busy schedule, that was very inconvenient and frustrating. I feel they need a better way to notify you when your car is finished. More
