Just because you made an appointment, doesn't guarantee they'll even look at your vehicle that day.... Made an appointment for 10/17/22, and by 4:30 pm I didn't even receive a call from the service adviso they'll even look at your vehicle that day.... Made an appointment for 10/17/22, and by 4:30 pm I didn't even receive a call from the service advisor on vehicle status. Called them and found out they hadn't even looked at it!! This is poor customer service... Called the service manager who advised me it's common practice to have vehicles "in que" a couple days before service.... SUGGESTION: Extend the appointments out further, so the customer won't have such a long wait time... Have your service advisor call the customer & advise on status more frequently. More
