The personnel are always friendly and courteous, but I was disappointed in the handling of an issue with my trim on my Kia. It is fading horribly and I was told it wasn’t covered by warranty do to mileage was disappointed in the handling of an issue with my trim on my Kia. It is fading horribly and I was told it wasn’t covered by warranty do to mileage. I contacted Kia directly and they were told by the dealership that it was outside factors causing the fade, which isn’t true because I am not the only one having this issue. If Kia doesn’t cover it that’s fine but don’t give two different reasons for it not being replaced without me having to pay 100% of the replacement cost. I do believe this should be a recall from Kia at this point. Serra is always great to work with. I will continue to use their services. More
