A couple of things you should be aware of. First, I took my 2022 Telluride in for service. Everything was efficient and great. The part had arrived and I scheduled another service and it was taken care of. The thing to note was that there was a failure in the follow up that was said would happen. Second, all of the work performed was recall/warranty. When I got home after picking up the car I checked the mail only to find another recall that needs to be performed. I don't know how your systems work, but it would have been nice if the dealership had checked to see if anything needed to done. Now I have to schedule another time to take care of the new issue.
