Bought a used 2023 GMC 1500. It has been nothing but issues since I got it. I’ve taken it back for repairs 5 times in 60 days. The dealership has had the truck around 12 days in It has been nothing but issues since I got it. I’ve taken it back for repairs 5 times in 60 days. The dealership has had the truck around 12 days in that time. Various issues on an almost $60,000 truck. Also the tailgate started opening and I lost around $2,000 in tools. It is currently back at the dealership for more repairs. They are saying they caused these current issues but I did ask them to buy the truck back or give me a”deal” on a trade. They offered me almost $5000 less than I paid for it and $0 on movement on another truck that I liked. All this to say, anyone looking to buy from this dealership should think twice. Their after sale service isn’t great. I’ve talked to almost every manager here, only one was polite but none were willing to see this situation from my point of view. Which is I have a 60k truck that I can’t trust to take me and my family around in. Absurd, I will do whatever I am able to tell everyone I know and people I don’t know about how terrible my experience has been here. DO NOT BUY HERE IF YOU LIKE A DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. Brad Bradshaw was very disrespectful from the start. When asked to speak to a manager because we didn't feel comfortable with the pricing his response were exactly these words "I don't care". I responde When asked to speak to a manager because we didn't feel comfortable with the pricing his response were exactly these words "I don't care". I responded with I didn't need the attitude and just would like to speak to the manager. He grabbed the manager and the manager stated he quoted me the incorrect amount and I ended up paying the appropriate amount that was $150 less then what Brad stated. Brad also got into an argument on the phone with my fiancé because he was speaking rudely as well. He said he couldn't turn on the car and when we took off of work to go to the dealership we were able to turn the vehicle on in front of him and they were able to call the next day and provide the diagnostic. Brad made racist remarks towards us Hispanic couple and as a pregnant women I should not be dealing with this customer service from him or anyone. I hope this is taken seriously and corporate, headquarters and BBB will receive a complaint as well. More
I went in on October 26 to look for a truck. I had met Jovan Jackson about a month or two earlier while looking . During all our interactions he listened to everything I was looking for and neve I had met Jovan Jackson about a month or two earlier while looking . During all our interactions he listened to everything I was looking for and never tried to pressure me. I walked out with my keys on the 26th and arrived to pick it up the next morning. Jovan went above and beyond! He also continues to with all and any questions! Knowledgeable and trustworthy! I can’t recommend him highly enough!! Great service and support team too! More
