They ran a test on my car for 159.00 kept for 2-3 days to tell me nothing is wrong..and guess what I'm loosing antifreeze I found that problem and instead they just added antifreeze...just losers working her tell me nothing is wrong..and guess what I'm loosing antifreeze I found that problem and instead they just added antifreeze...just losers working here!! Excellent service and very honest I am a vice president for a corporation and I have a company vehicle This is my 2nd visit for service issues I did not purchase my vehicle from Ser I am a vice president for a corporation and I have a company vehicle This is my 2nd visit for service issues I did not purchase my vehicle from Serp . I Went into have my check engine light checked on and a tire looked at and to see if my brakes needed changed . I told them I would need the vehicle back within 2 hours and Serp had it done in a hour and half. Normally a dealership would find all kinds of things that needed to be changed on a vehicle that has a 160,000 miles on it and try to rack up a big service bills, I've had it happen in the past. I would highly recommend this dealership for honesty and integrity . Most of the time companies only receive negative reviews but positive feedback is very important that's why I'm posting this barren watcher competition I want to be an R and B some artist so I did go on by a I would give this company 5 stars . I believe my service Adviser was Wallace Snyder and i give him a 10! Thank you for a very positive experience ! Twice! Bob More

airbag system shut down The airbag system light came on in my 2012 Colorado and shut down the system so I called Serpentini chevy to get an appointment to get it fixed.When I The airbag system light came on in my 2012 Colorado and shut down the system so I called Serpentini chevy to get an appointment to get it fixed.When I arrived there on Thursday AM Dylan Stout was the service advisor to great me. He wrote up the problem with my truck and explained the approx. time and cost it was going to take to check the system out since the truck was just out of warranty by time and not miles. After a couple hours of going through the system the problem was found to be a defective wire inside of a door. The wireing harness had to be replaced and was going to be a very expensive repair because of the price of the harness. After calling GM and addressing my concern to them they contacted the dealer ship and confirmed the problem and came to the conclusion the harness was defective from the factory and sent a new one so the repair was made and the cost was more reasonable for me. Thanks to Dylan he saved me quite a few hundred dollars that day. This is only one of the reasons I buy and take my vehicles back to Serpentine Chevrolet for repairs. They care about their customers and go the extra mile to take care of them. I send a big thank you to all the employees at Serpentini Chevy and will continue to do business with them. The reason I am giving this rating : When I pull up to the Service Center garage , I am greeted with one of the service techs that say good morning and how can I help you. I told him I'm here for an oil c the Service Center garage , I am greeted with one of the service techs that say good morning and how can I help you. I told him I'm here for an oil change. He takes my keys and says that I can wait in the other room where there's hot coffee . He says that it will take 45 minutes which it is every time. During my visit I like to go into the showroom and look at cars. When my car is done , the service tech comes up to me and says your all done Mr. Genger. Do you have any questions ? I have never seen such professionalism and knowledge at any dealership in my lifetime. When my 1994 Honda Accord stops running, I will be coming to you for either a new or used car. I know I don't have to worry about buying a used car from this dealership even if there is no warranty. I know that Serpentini will make sure its safe and sound car.
