I bought from serpentini before and had a good experience. I figured I would return. The day I came in, the car i was interested in sold the day before. I told Josh what I was interested in and 4 experience. I figured I would return. The day I came in, the car i was interested in sold the day before. I told Josh what I was interested in and 4 days later he called me with exactly what i wanted. I came in the next day and bought the car. Due to my recent positive experience with Serpentini,I recommended this dealership to my elderly neighbor. She was in need of selling her husbands vehicle quickly and as easily as possible, due to his ill recommended this dealership to my elderly neighbor. She was in need of selling her husbands vehicle quickly and as easily as possible, due to his illness and I had noticed their sign out front that read we buy cars.I contacted my salesman on her behalf to inquire if they would be in the market for this particular vehicle and would she be able to sell quickly and for a good price.My salesman Jesse lined up the used carman Lou and Mr.Deiss to guide my neighbor through the process. The team at Serpentini could not have been more kind,including Bobby Serpenti,they gave her the assurance she needed to have a clerical error corrected with the title which my neighbor had been unaware of,averting a disaster and stress and most importantly gave her a fair price on a 2 year old low mileage non Chevy vehicle.All I can say whether dealing new or used or otherwise the service at this dealership is the best. We were so happy we even stayed for lunch and like the breakfast of my last visit,it was freash,tasty and good. Thanks guys. More

Famous last words...we just went in to look. Indulged hubby's request to "just look" and we left the proud owners of a 2013 Grand Sport 2LT Corvette! No, pressure just Excellent Customer Service! Jesse hubby's request to "just look" and we left the proud owners of a 2013 Grand Sport 2LT Corvette! No, pressure just Excellent Customer Service! Jesse Smart worked with us along with Bobby Serpentini and Bob Serpentini Sr. until we were educated on the newest available technology features. Hubby wanted to keep his 12disc cd changer! Our sales team checked all sources for the most user-friendly alternatives to the antiquated CD player then gave us the options to let us decide what worked best for our requests and our budget! Through their knowledge and direction, they gently moved us into the 21st century. In the end, we felt better informed and were very satisfied with the model we took final delivery on. To keep a long story short, these folks do everything humanly possible to insure your comfort and satisfaction in the dealership, once you leave, and on through the ownership of your vehicle. Kudos to the prep team, the finance dept. and the fine cook at the in store diner, yummy breakfast? All said I have never been so happy to part with so much $$$, but when you have a perfect product, with perfect service topped with an overall enjoyable experience there was no denying hubby's dream! More

Came to the dealer just to get ideas, left with a new truck. Never pushy, just presented me with options. Ended up finding a great buy. My salesperson lacked professionalism. The whole buying experience was poor, I felt extremely pressured and backed into signing paperwork. I told them repeatedly that I was under a time constraint and had experience was poor, I felt extremely pressured and backed into signing paperwork. I told them repeatedly that I was under a time constraint and had to leave at a certain time but would be happy to come back the following day when the trade-in I looked at was CLEANED and INSPECTED. They wouldn't negotiate or hold their offer unless I agreed to sign the paperwork that day without the car being inspected and certified. I just should have walked out right there, I regret that I didn't. Admittedly they got me the monthly payment that I wanted but the manner in which they did was so high pressure. I was not happy at all. Even the finance guy asked me why I wasn't happy, I just got a new car and I told him because his sales people pressured me into it. I don't like doing business in the manner they conduct it. When I did go back to take delivery of the car my salesperson was a total jerk. Nothing was ready, he did not have the inspection report. He said he couldn't get it but I could come in another time and look at it. My son had to suggest he fax it to me, which he never did. Another sales guy had to point out my sales guy that the dealership stickers were still on the car; those should have been removed before delivery. He took that car around back to do that, when he brought it back up he left the parking lights on. I hadn't noticed it until so much time had passed while the salesman was walking around trying to get my temp plate and other paperwork together that I noticed my lights were on now that it was getting dark outside. I asked him why they were on and he was very flip and said " I guess I guess I left them on"; no apology and he sent my son out to turn them off. The salesperson didn't know anything about the inspection, he couldn't tell me what was fixed or replaced. He " guesses" new headrests were ordered. He didn't see to it that the pinstriping was fixed as I requested. He didn't see to it that I had matching floor mats. If I had not signed the paperwork I would have walked out and left the car. I will never buy another car there nor would I recommend them to anyone. More
