We recently purchased a new car from Garth, a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu. We previously purchased from Moe who was promoted a year ago. Every time we come to Serpentini we purchase a vehicle. We keep coming back to Serpentini because of the great service, which includes bending over backwards to please their customer. From the moment you step out of your vehicle someone is there to greet you and if you are looking for a particular salesperson they glady get the individual for you. It is like doing business at your kitchen table and if Bob Serpentini is there he walks over and introduces himself and thanks you for coming in. I have recommended Serpentine Chevrolet to everyone I know, I was talking to a stranger at the Auto Show and high recommended Garth at Serpentini to her. When the time comes we will be back to purchase our next vehicle. More

I have heard bad things about going to a dealership for car repairs, but in hindsight, had I gone to Serpentini Chevrolet in the first place, we would have probably caught a problem right away that led to car repairs, but in hindsight, had I gone to Serpentini Chevrolet in the first place, we would have probably caught a problem right away that led to the melting and replacement need of my catalytic converter. I cannot say about all dealerships, but I can say I trust Serpentini to be on the level, and I erred by not going there to begin with. They also caught an engine problem that had the potential to fry my engine that the small mechanic did not notice. The survey says: Serpentini it is! I am no longer afraid to go to a dealership, because I am confident that at Serpentini, I will be treated fairly! In addition, the Corvette Cafe is a comfortable and hospitable place to wait out small repairs and standard maintenances such as an oil change or alignment. More

Today Jan 24th I took my auto to Serpentine in Strongsville to correct some issues that occured on delivery of my auto. Tony assured me that all would be made right. This was our second car purchased from serpentini and I am sure it wont be the last. My first contact was onlibe with Kasper and he answered my questions about a particular vehicle but it was sold already am sure it wont be the last. My first contact was onlibe with Kasper and he answered my questions about a particular vehicle but it was sold already. I found another vehicle to my liking and arranged a test drive. When I arrived I was met immediately by Hal who was extremely friendly. After he went anf got the key we went for a test in one car but I wasnt happy with it, not a problem as he went and found the original I came to test. Loved it. I must say I could almost think I was purchasing the car from Hal himself as he knew so much about it's operation. He knew what all the buttons did as if he used it everyday. After getting back to the dealership and filling out the paperwork I figured okay now the long wait.... NOPE. Efficient is the best way to describe it. I knew my credit wasnt great but still they found me a loan. During the wait Hal was in constant contact with me, even sitting and chatting with my wife and children. Finally it was congrats, you've got your car, Trail Blazer to be exact and then time to sign the papers. Keith had everything ready to sign, no long wait just he you are sir with an explanation of the loan. Time in dealership.. about 2 1/2 hrs total, not bad in my book since a good bit of that was just talking about the cars features. I will definately pass on my experience to friends and family, in fact it has been splashed on my facebook page already. Congrats to you Mr Serpentini on your staff... Hal in particular... do whatever you must to keep him, good sales people are hard to find.. I know this as I was in sales management for 35 years... More
