I was looking for a particular vehicle, a Saab 9-7x, and found one on the internet very reasonably priced at Serpentini of Strongsville. I had to drive from Akron to Strongsville to look at it and test drive it, as they would not arrange to have it shipped to Serpentini of Tallmadge (which would have been much closer), but I liked the vehicle, and it was priced several thousand under what similar vehicles with the same or more milage. I told them to give me some time to think about it, and although Chris called to see if I was still interesed, he wasn't pushy. I finally made up my mind to purchase, but didn't have enough time to do all of the paperwork, so they assured me they would hold it with a deposit until I could get the time to sit down and sign everything. So I drove back to Strongsville, left the deposit, gave them my info for credit app., and the vehicle was pulled from the sales lot before I even left. In fact, it was pulled from the internet by that evening, which I think is a nice touch. Mario contacted me to get some further info for credit, and I arranged to pick it up during a workday. When I arrived, all the paperwork was ready, so basically all I had to do was write a check for the downpayment and sign a few forms. I received a better interest rate than I was expecting also. After the deal was done there was a nice gentleman assigned to me to show me some of the tech features of the vehicle, and got my trial subscription to OnStar and Sat. Radio started for me. I would say I would have been in and out under an hour if not for the poor customer service from OnStar/Sirius operators (not Serpentini's fault). While I was waiting for the paperwork to clear, I was able to speak to the service department and find out what work had been done to the vehicle while they had it (Tires, brakes, safety inspection, etc.) which helped put me at ease since I was buying a used car. They worked very hard to get me the best deal they could to fit my budget and were never pushy or high pressure like I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. The entire experience was very relaxed and went smoothly. I left that night with a beautiful "new" certified pre-owned vehicle that was just what I wanted at a fair price. The whole experience was great - everyone is honest, willing to answer questions, and willing to work with you so that you're happy with the not just the car, but also with the experience itself. You don't get bombarded with pushy salesmen, you get greeted by genuinely polite sales staff who are willing to help but also give you enough space and freedom to walk around and see what's out there. I came prepared with a list after looking online, and Chris was not only knowledgeable but he was beyond helpful and friendly because I didn't have my mind quite made up upon arrival. We had purchase our Chevrolet Cruise from Serpentini 2 years ago. We love the car and it was a positive experience. Recently we had some engine trouble and the car wouldn't function properly. Since the car only had 25k miles on it, we weren't too nervous so we had it towed to the nearest dealership so my wife could get it after work. THAT dealership that I will not name (rhymes with Stanley) were very rude and informed us they would not cover the repair under warranty and the cost was $1500 minimum. So after we towed our car out of the amateur dealership, we had it taken to Serpentini. After it got there, Keith in service did a very thorough inspection and was able to find the problem which WAS covered under warranty. We were happy to pay for the oil change he did and we will NEVER make the mistake of taking the car to any other dealer except Serpentini. Its almost crazy how different the levels of service and professionalism can vary from Dealer to Dealer. If you want a nice car at a fair price by people that will back you up, then go to Serpentini. If you want a different experience, then go to a different dealer. Thank you everyone at Serpentini especially Keith in service!!!! More

The level of care and professionalism was outstanding. They knew their stuff! I felt valued by everyone I dealt with and although the showroom was buzzing with clients, I felt that my purchase was the most important to them. Jamie worked with me to find out my needs in a vehicle, and we narrowed down possibilities, and when I sat in that Cruze I knew it was going to be mine. I felt confident that they would help me work the numbers that I would be able to say yes to... and I did. Jamie was patient in explaining all the buttons and features, and really seemed excited in helping me understand everything. He invited me to call anytime and stop in if there's anything I needed to go over again, or to answer any questions that I may have. I feel that at Serpentini the relationship doesn't end when you drive off the lot, but it's just beginning. Kara Lee was also excellent in explaining all I needed to know to comfortably sign on the dotted line. I can see how GM has put both the customer and their product design first. I had purchased GM products in the past and being unsatisfied, had a Honda CRV for the past 14 years and 230,000 miles... After this experience, I have changed my mind about buying American and Serpentini has my loyalty... You'll be seeing me there at least once a week to have my new sporty ride washed which a nice perk for the lifetime of your ownership! What was most amazing to me is that I've been looking for a new vehicle since the Car Show the past winter, and wasn't happy with any direction I had been going dragging my feet because nothing seemed right, then I stopped at Serpentini and 3 hours later with NO PRESSURE, I was happily in my new driveway with my new car. I have driven 160 miles in the last 24 hours because I just don't want to shut off the engine! He was able to answer additional questions about the cars with knowledge.He made it easy for us to make a dissension on what car I wanted, even though both cars were nice.He was able to get us the car that we wanted for a good price. The person we had to help us get to know our car better was Terri Diemert she also was very informative and helped me with all of our questions.She helped me learn about how to work dash panel of my car, which i need because these cars come with lots of cool stuff.all in all i would recommenced Serpentini Chevrolet of Strongsville to anyone who is looking for a car.
