I LOVE this dealership!!!! Everyone I come in contact with is so friendly, and helpful! I went to the service department to have the brakes on my Saturn Vue done, and Steve Grillo really did a fantastic with is so friendly, and helpful! I went to the service department to have the brakes on my Saturn Vue done, and Steve Grillo really did a fantastic job, putting me at ease every step of the way! Price was a huge concern of mine as I have a sick dog and a lot of vet bills to pay for, but Steve kept me informed during the whole process which helped keep me calm. I also had to have 2 worn stabilizer links replaced and an oil change as well, and it came in 50 bucks less than my top budget was, plus Steve was able to give me some mail in rebates too! I never told him how much I had to spend, or all the vet bills I have, but it seemed like he did everything in his power to keep the cost down. which is so nice because, as a female its very common to be talked down to and be taken advantage of at a repair shop, but they made me feel like family! He explained the vehicle well and was able to answer all my questions. On the day I arrived to pick up my Equinox, Mike was well prepared and guided me through the process. After working through all the paperwork, Mike returned to take me to my vehicle and go over any last minutes questions I had.
