A few months ago I purchased a used pick-up truck from Serpentini Strongsville. Before I could get the plates registered the check engine light came on. I took the truck in for service and the gas cap Serpentini Strongsville. Before I could get the plates registered the check engine light came on. I took the truck in for service and the gas cap was replaced. When I went to get the E-check the tech stated that the computer had been cleared and the truck would have to be run under normal driving conditions for about a week before being tested by the E-check. Sure enough the light came back after a week of driving. The service department did fix the problem the second time I took it in. Just recently when my son was looking to purchase a used vehicle he saw one of interest at Serpentini. I wanted to go with him as this was the first car for him. After taking the car for a short test ride we returned to the dealership and looked at the car. When I opened the from hood I noticed paint overspray by the latch at the front grill. I said to the salesperson the the car must have been in an accident because there was paint there. He returned with the car fax and Joe the service director. Joe said that the bumper was repainted. I showed him all the overspray then noticed that it was up under the hood on all the rubber moulding. Additionally there was overspray on the front grill in areas, Joe said that they may have touched up the front of the hood. I commented about the lack of care taken with the bodywork and Joe became defensive. He shrugged off the mediocre paint job and said if I don't like the car don't buy it. I was appalled that he would return that type of attitude when I bought him on his game. He turned around and started to walk away. When I approached him he again turned the table and said that I was being unreasonable. I only pointed out the horrible work and he seemed not to care. I will not return to the dealership for any future plans on buying a car. The only thing on their mind is the bottom line of how much money they can make selling a car. The service is only to perform the minimal amount possible to get the vehicle out the door. On the good side, I think my son learned a valuable lesson. More

I have owned several Corvette Convertibles over the past 40 years (two of which I still have). I have always wanted to "special order" a new Corvette to my own requirements. Serpentini made this dream a reality with my new 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible. They were very helpful and accommodating during the ordering process. Upon delivery, they treated me like "royalty". Their dealership facility and personnel made it a most pleasant experience. I personally interacted with Bob Serpentini, Dan Lester, Dan Noel, and Jay Ramunni. We commend the staff regarding our new Traverse purchase. For being a young man, Jamaar was extremely professional and never questioned our position. Jamaar also offered advise in several areas. My wife and I were pleased with his patience and attention to our situation. The financing was done by Willis Tabron who made the hardest part of purchasing a vehicle very comfortable. Willis explained everything regarding our purchase and went over other items like the additional warranty. Professionalism at its finest. Brittany Porter was the Delivery Coordinator and did an excellent job explaining all the options of our new Traverse. My wife was very impressed with her knowledge regarding the many options available our our choosen vehicle. I LOVE this dealership!!!! Everyone I come in contact with is so friendly, and helpful! I went to the service department to have the brakes on my Saturn Vue done, and Steve Grillo really did a fantastic with is so friendly, and helpful! I went to the service department to have the brakes on my Saturn Vue done, and Steve Grillo really did a fantastic job, putting me at ease every step of the way! Price was a huge concern of mine as I have a sick dog and a lot of vet bills to pay for, but Steve kept me informed during the whole process which helped keep me calm. I also had to have 2 worn stabilizer links replaced and an oil change as well, and it came in 50 bucks less than my top budget was, plus Steve was able to give me some mail in rebates too! I never told him how much I had to spend, or all the vet bills I have, but it seemed like he did everything in his power to keep the cost down. which is so nice because, as a female its very common to be talked down to and be taken advantage of at a repair shop, but they made me feel like family!
