This is my second car from Serpentini Chevrolet in Strongsville. The entire experience... buying, delivery and service at this place is wonderful. They even have a cook at "The Corvette Cafe" in the showroom. It has very good fresh meals for breakfast and lunch. Serpentini stands out giving an exceptional auto experience. More

Steve and the rest of the staff made my family very comfortable and did not pressure us at all. He made numerous trips outside in the bad weather and went above and beyond to make our choice easy. WHAT CAN A SAY A CLASS ACT. I had the opportunity of working with Tom on 2 occasions with in about 10 days. The first was do to my daughters car being totaled and Serpentini had she a white Cruze caught working with Tom on 2 occasions with in about 10 days. The first was do to my daughters car being totaled and Serpentini had she a white Cruze caught her eyes. Tom was more then willing to work with us on putting my daughter into that car and making sure all her needs were met. Toms professionalism and attention to details sealed the deal on who I would be buying my next car from. 10 days later I called Tom and told him what I was looking for and when I showed up later that evening the car was waiting for me and he took the time to explain to me, and to find out that this was the car he also purchased showed he believes in what he sells. This was, by far, the best new car sales experience I have had. Normally, I hate the new car buying process. Mike Domenico made this the easiest and most enjoyable experience I can remember. Also the promise of finishing the paperwork in an hour or less was the first time in my experience. I hope I can always work with Nate Gault. He is a real pro and made this normally awful experience painless and almost fun. Our last experience was with Dez Zeda who was also a real pro and quite delightful to interact with. I am not one to write reviews. However I feel it is necessary this time. Did you spend time with family around the holidays? That's what it feels like at Serpentini's. Really. Everyone. Understanding of your unique situation. I went on a Saturday. Didn't get the exact answer that I wanted. Just like talking to your brother. I called Moe Zeda called during the week. I still didn't think we could get together. We weren't on the same page....... But Chevy had a great product - the new 2014 Silverado. I called Moe back. One last time. Moe told me things that I didn't think we're possible! Ok. I'll be back Saturday at 2:30. Moe told me to see Miles. Miles - your good. Miles spent time with us and took care of us the entire time we were at Serpentini's. Next was finance time with Kara. Smooth and easy. Thanks Kara. Finally new truck time. Terri went out into the cold with us to explain all the new features of our new truck. Terri took her time. She explained everything. Terri your one of the best - hope Serpentini realizes this! Off to a rocky start due to employee Hayley's error when we came in to see a car we called on and found out it had been sold and the people who bought it were still there! Mike approached us unknowingl when we came in to see a car we called on and found out it had been sold and the people who bought it were still there! Mike approached us unknowingly and had the displeasure of informing us of the circumstance. He worked hard to show us other cars that were available it wasn't until about 3 hours later when we found the car we eventually bought. His kind and calm personality went a long way in defusing the situation and providing us with a level of customer service that is rare to find today! Thank you Mike!
