I had the best car buying experience every at Serpentini in Strongsville! Jamie Utterback was absolutely fantastic. He was so patient with myself as well as my mother and kids that I had with me. I told Jamie exactly what I wanted and he fufilled my wish ten fold. Words can't express how happy I am with the service and the vehicle. Even when dealing with the Finance Department, they were great in explaining everything I needed to know and made sure that I understood everything before leaving. I had been looking for a dealer that I felt that I could trust with a product that I felt confident in. From the moment I sent in a request for information on my iPhone, to the moment I turned the key as I trust with a product that I felt confident in. From the moment I sent in a request for information on my iPhone, to the moment I turned the key as I drove home in my new sassy Chevy Cruze it was more than a wonderful experience. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding. They knew their stuff! I felt valued by everyone I dealt with and although the showroom was buzzing with clients, I felt that my purchase was the most important to them. Jamie worked with me to find out my needs in a vehicle, and we narrowed down possibilities, and when I sat in that Cruze I knew it was going to be mine. I felt confident that they would help me work the numbers that I would be able to say yes to... and I did. Jamie was patient in explaining all the buttons and features, and really seemed excited in helping me understand everything. He invited me to call anytime and stop in if there's anything I needed to go over again, or to answer any questions that I may have. I feel that at Serpentini the relationship doesn't end when you drive off the lot, but it's just beginning. Kara Lee was also excellent in explaining all I needed to know to comfortably sign on the dotted line. I can see how GM has put both the customer and their product design first. I had purchased GM products in the past and being unsatisfied, had a Honda CRV for the past 14 years and 230,000 miles... After this experience, I have changed my mind about buying American and Serpentini has my loyalty... You'll be seeing me there at least once a week to have my new sporty ride washed which a nice perk for the lifetime of your ownership! What was most amazing to me is that I've been looking for a new vehicle since the Car Show the past winter, and wasn't happy with any direction I had been going dragging my feet because nothing seemed right, then I stopped at Serpentini and 3 hours later with NO PRESSURE, I was happily in my new driveway with my new car. I have driven 160 miles in the last 24 hours because I just don't want to shut off the engine! (and this is coming from a gal who never much cared about cars one way or another...! lol) Bravo to Jamie and Kara Lee and Bravo to Serpentini Chevy! More

The dealer that we had was Chris Klein and he was very informative of the cars that I wanted to test drive the Malibu and the Cruze. He was able to answer additional questions about the cars with knowledge.He made it easy for us to make a dissension on what car I wanted, even though both cars were nice.He was able to get us the car that we wanted for a good price. The person we had to help us get to know our car better was Terri Diemert she also was very informative and helped me with all of our questions.She helped me learn about how to work dash panel of my car, which i need because these cars come with lots of cool stuff.all in all i would recommenced Serpentini Chevrolet of Strongsville to anyone who is looking for a car. I am currently deployed and I found an immaculate 2007 Yukon Denali. That's the first thing I'll say. Their vehicles are spotless and absolutely ready to sell. I was directed to Jamie Utterback to assist me with the sale. He was very cordial and willing to assist. We worked through the deployment issue as well as any and all documents I needed to complete the transaction. I had a Power of Attorney complete my purchase. Once at the dealership that's when the wheels came off the sale, so to speak. Jamie was inattentive, and didn't assist all that much with the completion of the sale. Eventually, all paperwork was signed and the vehicle got home. Last two things that left a poor impression. The battery in my vehicle died. We called Serpentini and they basically told us that there was nothing else they could do. That is not how to do business. More
Christian Berlovan did an outstanding job; everything he said he would do he delivered on. He stayed in close contact with us keeping us informed of how the process was going. He checked with other dealers as far away as Grand Rapids Michigan to try and get us everything we were looking (I found out later that he would have had to drive to Michigan to get us the car had it been available; he never once let that impact satisfying us as customers). The dealership overall was friendly, bright, cheerful and comfortable. I look forward to my first service call so I can relax and have one of their special hot breakfasts while I wait. Thanks again Christian you made this the best car buying experience I have had since 1973!! More
Tim Koches was genuinely helpful in directing me to my new Malibu as I was giving up a magnificent 2008 Lucerne Super with the hope of obtaining a vehicle that offered at least some of the amenities of t new Malibu as I was giving up a magnificent 2008 Lucerne Super with the hope of obtaining a vehicle that offered at least some of the amenities of that Buick. I did not come to purchase a car, particularly a Chevrolet as I did not think Chevy could offer reasonable quiet and comfort compared to what Buick and Cadillac offered (also Lexus). I explained that I was researching my options. Mr. Koches did a fine job of selling that Malibu (he picked the LTZ with leather seats for a test drive). On delivery Ms. Diemert also was very helpful in explaining the 2013 Malibu features which were quite advanced compared to my 2008 trade in. Likewise when I discovered a dent on the hood, Mr. Koches made an appointment for a technician to fix that dent which he promptly kept (perfect fix). That said, I was not happy with the sales manager who offered me a price for my trade in below the web offer. I had to haggle to approach the $17,000+ your website gave me. I did not document the trade-in offer, however since it came from your website (which I explained to the sales manager) it could have been easily accessed from your computer. The other issue was the financing which increased my loan with a premium of prepaid interest of $235. In addition, I would be subject to a $250 penalty if I paid off the loan (most likely refinance at a much lower rate than the 4.22%) through my credit union (which offers free debtor life insurance) or State Farm Bank. I am hoping that if I should need service again that your dealership will provide great service which should make up for my gripes and allow for an excellent review. More

I can't say enough about Mr. Craig Bohl. My small concern of Sunday,6/2/2013, was major enough to him that when I, on my appointment today, Wednesday 6/5/2013, Mr. Bohl order an inspection on my wife concern of Sunday,6/2/2013, was major enough to him that when I, on my appointment today, Wednesday 6/5/2013, Mr. Bohl order an inspection on my wife's automobile and found the need to replace two rear wheels on her 2012 Malibu with two new ones, balanced accordingly, front and rear, at the Serpentini's Strongsville Dealer cost but none to us. We are grateful to him and the Service clerk Mr. John Moutsios. As if the wasn't enough, the Car was returned washed as well. Mr Craig Bohl, I take my hat off to you for your time, service and attention given to the Safety of my wife and her Automobile when driven. Thank You again, Sir. Ramon Lozada More
