I am not sure about a review on the car as of yet ( so far so good, fingers crossed). I purchased a 2011 Nissan sentra. When I went to the car dealership I was terrified. I didnt think I would be able to get a car because of my credit(or lack there of). I decided to take a chance and email them about the car I liked. I got an email and a call back within an hour and we made an appointment for the same day. I went in after work at 5pm and as soon as I got there they ran my credit. Chris Klein and the finance manager did everything in their power to get me into the same car I emailed about. They even got my monthly payment to over 100 dollars lower than I even expected. I am so happy so far. I strongly recommend this dealership ! They made my first car purchase so much easier than I ever even imagined. More

The whole process was seamless, expedient, and very professional! I would definitely recommend this dealership, in fact, my son has already said he is going there when he is ready to buy a car! Worst Service Department Ever We brought our 2010 Hummer H3 in for service related to a water leak. It was originally diagnosed as the drain hoses were clogged. It leaked almost im We brought our 2010 Hummer H3 in for service related to a water leak. It was originally diagnosed as the drain hoses were clogged. It leaked almost immediately after and I assumed the hoses were clogged again. We took it in again and they "unclogged" them again. We have another 2008 H3 and it never has had this issue. We then continued to bring it back over and over again for the leak. They said they resealed the windshield, checked the after market lights, etc. Still it continued to leak. They even went as far as to replace the entire carpet set because of the mold. Again it leaked. I then tried to diagnose myself and low and behold, I simply stood up on the roof and saw that the sunroof seal was bad and was simply leaking. A $120 fix. When I brought that up to them, they said too bad its not covered and they will no longer fix it or anything else. My car has standing water and the carpet is completely ruined again because this hack team misdiagnosed the problem all ten+ times we brought it in. The Carfax shows the service entries but they are saying they have no records of it being in. The service manager Keith, was rude, inconsiderate and an overall bully to my wife and refused to speak with her because the person that initiated the repairs is no longer at that location. More

They worked with me over the phone to get approved. The staff was so friendly in person. My credit isn't the greatest, and I have a voluntary repo from a few years ago. They really worked hard, and got me an amazing deal. The monthly payments are so much lower than I ever expected, and I have a great warranty. The sles rep I dealt with was Josh Channell. Josh was very energetic, and very good at his job. I would travel 5 hrs to come back to Serpentini. I love my 2011 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS Sport! More
Outstanding Car Buying Experience Let's face it, car buying is not the most pleasant experience. Even for me. I love cars. I'm a car guy. I do the research. I'm prepared. Everybody needs a go to person. My previous person is no longer in the business after his dealership closed during the previous recession. I (by blind luck) have a new go-to person when purchasing a new or used vehicle. Vince Morris at Serpentini! Highly recommended. Patient, (I dragged my 2 daughters and wife into the car buying experience), knowledgeable (not only in the vehicles but with the internal process - no surprises!) and great follow-up! Not to get into details but, went so far as to contact the previous owner of my car to retrieve some additional things and even picked them up. Aggressively priced vehicles. Minimal back and forth making the deal. Outstanding and very competitive financing. Serpentini has incredible buying power so the rate on a used car I received was fantastically low. Garth was great as he and my husband talked about the Browns and draft picks. He was personable and he greeted us when we entered the dealership the next day. Mike was helpful in Brittany's absence by bringing to the front a couple of models we were considering for purchase. Mike and Garth were helpful with providing the types of vehicles within the budget we were looking for the day we returned to purchase the vehicle. Great teamwork from all three. More
