I am not one to write reviews. However I feel it is necessary this time. Did you spend time with family around the holidays? That's what it feels like at Serpentini's. Really. Everyone. Understanding of your unique situation. I went on a Saturday. Didn't get the exact answer that I wanted. Just like talking to your brother. I called Moe Zeda called during the week. I still didn't think we could get together. We weren't on the same page....... But Chevy had a great product - the new 2014 Silverado. I called Moe back. One last time. Moe told me things that I didn't think we're possible! Ok. I'll be back Saturday at 2:30. Moe told me to see Miles. Miles - your good. Miles spent time with us and took care of us the entire time we were at Serpentini's. Next was finance time with Kara. Smooth and easy. Thanks Kara. Finally new truck time. Terri went out into the cold with us to explain all the new features of our new truck. Terri took her time. She explained everything. Terri your one of the best - hope Serpentini realizes this! Off to a rocky start due to employee Hayley's error when we came in to see a car we called on and found out it had been sold and the people who bought it were still there! Mike approached us unknowingly and had the displeasure of informing us of the circumstance. He worked hard to show us other cars that were available it wasn't until about 3 hours later when we found the car we eventually bought. His kind and calm personality went a long way in defusing the situation and providing us with a level of customer service that is rare to find today! Thank you Mike! A few months ago I purchased a used pick-up truck from Serpentini Strongsville. Before I could get the plates registered the check engine light came on. I took the truck in for service and the gas cap Serpentini Strongsville. Before I could get the plates registered the check engine light came on. I took the truck in for service and the gas cap was replaced. When I went to get the E-check the tech stated that the computer had been cleared and the truck would have to be run under normal driving conditions for about a week before being tested by the E-check. Sure enough the light came back after a week of driving. The service department did fix the problem the second time I took it in. Just recently when my son was looking to purchase a used vehicle he saw one of interest at Serpentini. I wanted to go with him as this was the first car for him. After taking the car for a short test ride we returned to the dealership and looked at the car. When I opened the from hood I noticed paint overspray by the latch at the front grill. I said to the salesperson the the car must have been in an accident because there was paint there. He returned with the car fax and Joe the service director. Joe said that the bumper was repainted. I showed him all the overspray then noticed that it was up under the hood on all the rubber moulding. Additionally there was overspray on the front grill in areas, Joe said that they may have touched up the front of the hood. I commented about the lack of care taken with the bodywork and Joe became defensive. He shrugged off the mediocre paint job and said if I don't like the car don't buy it. I was appalled that he would return that type of attitude when I bought him on his game. He turned around and started to walk away. When I approached him he again turned the table and said that I was being unreasonable. I only pointed out the horrible work and he seemed not to care. I will not return to the dealership for any future plans on buying a car. The only thing on their mind is the bottom line of how much money they can make selling a car. The service is only to perform the minimal amount possible to get the vehicle out the door. On the good side, I think my son learned a valuable lesson. More

I have owned several Corvette Convertibles over the past 40 years (two of which I still have). I have always wanted to "special order" a new Corvette to my own requirements. Serpentini made this dream a reality with my new 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible. They were very helpful and accommodating during the ordering process. Upon delivery, they treated me like "royalty". Their dealership facility and personnel made it a most pleasant experience. I personally interacted with Bob Serpentini, Dan Lester, Dan Noel, and Jay Ramunni.
