We had been pretty well set on purchasing a Ford Focus, calling and visiting 10 dealers over three very frustrating weeks! We went in to Serpentini today and left with my son's dream car. Mike Didomenico was very informative and respectful (not the case at Ford). The whole experience, from Mike, to the manager,(who was also Awesome!), to Kara in the financial department as well as Anthony who went over the car features with our son. I am very, very happy with this great Serpentini experience. Here is one commercial that is 100% accurate!! We have 4 more children coming up and a large extended family. Wow, what a great fun vehicle to drive. Every one at the dealership made it fun to be in the building. We had our dog Lady Grace a whippet with us at the time. People came up to pet her and took pictures of her. We decided to lease our new vehicle after all the options were explained. I only have 1 complaint,( Not Mario's or Jamie's fault) BUT JAMIE had classes he needed to attend and so I wasn't in the dark, he told me to ask for a gentleman by the name of Corey, which I did and got sent directly to voicemail and on top of it ,it wasn't even Corey's. Let us get to the good, I could not come up with the car down payment, so the car I drove in with (1996) TOYOTA,COROLLA( gave me a grand). Then My insurance was outrageous and I told Jamie just to forget it. He said no I can help you. All the insurance company's were 400.00 or more for down payment for 1st month. I could not do. So, somehow Jamie got a hold of Capital one and they made a check out to me for 397 and some change. which went for insurance. I think you should have more people like Jamie and Mario. Dealer Review Joe Scarl wrote up the deal for $420/72 on a Saturday. When I arrived on Tuesday to sign; the deal went up to $476/75. I will have to pay an extra $1,315.41 for the additional 3 months. I sign for 438.47. A customer should not have to renegotiate after having a deal and initialing beside the deal. This is why I left Serpentini a few years ago. I bought my first car when Serpentini was in Berea and a couple at the new location. Matt Minyard tried his best but he did not write the deal and Joe was not working. Josh Channell was great to work with a score of 5+ for him. I only had a brief conversation with Jeneanne Hine on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 and she was very nice. I did not address any of these concerns with her. More

Within a half hour, we were test driving a Brand New 2014 Cruze. I fell in love and he didn't get discouraged when I had trouble narrowing down the color I wanted.
