Tons of ppl may have good experiences,,NOT ME!! Horrible trade-in appraisal: $800 for truck in great shape, clean retail >$5,000!! At first he said, "that's really low miles for this truck", then once I called him out it changed to "the trucks got a lot of miles"?!?!?! Lol! how dumb do you think I am!?!? I understand they want to sell vehicles, but how many times do you have to say no for them to get the hint!?!?!?!?!? Friendly people, work hard at getting sales, but after going there, I found my dealership for life that treated me like a person instead of a dollar sign, and its not Serpentini!!!! More

Josh is the MAN!!! I saw the vehicle listed on Auto Trader. I called my credit union (no name's please) and they said that I was approved. I drove up and met with Josh a I saw the vehicle listed on Auto Trader. I called my credit union (no name's please) and they said that I was approved. I drove up and met with Josh and he called my credit union and they told him over the phone I was good to go. The next day my credit union called and said that I was not approved and that I should try and talk the price down with the dealer. I called Josh right away and asked what kind of financing I could get through them. He said no problem and started working on some prices for me. During that time my credit union called back and said "no worries, you are good to go". The next day I signed my paper work for my loan through the credit union, and drove to met with Josh to get the vehicle. When I handed over the check from the credit union Josh noticed that they shorted me a thousand dollars. Josh didn't just say go and get a new check. He got right to work on trying to get me financed with them. Josh and Justin (finance) tried calling all their contacts that they had at the banks. Due to the late hours they both were calling people on their cell phones at home having them work up quotes on their home PC. After they exhausted all their efforts they said that they were going to call first thing in the morning when their banks opened and get me financed. I called my credit union the next morning and asked "what the heck', and after they gave me some lame excuse they had the nerve to tell me that I'm still approved. I told them thanks but no thanks and that Josh at the dealer had got me a better deal with less hassle through them. Josh went above and beyond the call of duty, and I have began spreading the word to others that if you are looking to buy a vehicle, Serpentini is good for you. Thanks Again Josh! More
