I was told by a coworker to stop by Serpintini to look at a vehicle. I wasn't expecting to make a purchase as I was just looking. Corey Anderle made the process the easiest, stress free vehicle purchase ev a vehicle. I wasn't expecting to make a purchase as I was just looking. The salesman David was AMAZING, he was so great we went back a few days later and leased another car from him. The service team and managers were not so great. The car i bought had a front license plate br back a few days later and leased another car from him. The service team and managers were not so great. The car i bought had a front license plate bracket on it, i asked if it could be removed and they said no problem. When i took the car home i noticed there were holes in the front bumper were the bracket was. 2 on the 3 holes were small and you could barley see, but the third hole looked like the used a chainsaw on it. When i called and spoke with a manager they told me there was nothing they would be willing to do to make it right, and if i wanted it fixed it would be at my own cost. The manager was very unprofessional and unwillingly to do anything to make it right. More
Service was great, it was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I was disappointed in standing at the desk for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence, or no one saying, we'll be with you in a time. I was disappointed in standing at the desk for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence, or no one saying, we'll be with you in a moment. Lots of people standing around, it would be great if they were all trained to acknowledge a customer if no one else is doing it. More
Yeah I was disappointed in the business end of the appointment. I don't tell you up front that there will be a 3% charge to use a credit card. No big deal but kind of cheap. The next thing is the prom appointment. I don't tell you up front that there will be a 3% charge to use a credit card. No big deal but kind of cheap. The next thing is the promise to car wash. No car wash. Then. They asked me if I wanted my fluids changed. I wasn't sure if it was necessary or not but agreed to it. I found out the fluid have been changed less than 12 months ago. I'm not sure that this was a screw job or just a mistake. I guess I should review my service records more closely next time. There was also massive confusion at the desk. You never stay with the same person you start with because everybody's being handed off right and left. Just appears to be poorly run. More
