So let me start off by saying the saleswoman was very pleasant and was great to work with. My issues are with the manager they will not name that likes to insult people that had just spent thousands of d pleasant and was great to work with. After the purchase I was accidentally sent an insulting email from a so called manager up there. Funny thing is nobody will fess up to it. It’s a shame bc the other staff and service people were nice. But if spending 30k and getting insulted on your way out the door is your thing by all means shop Serpentini. I have purchased multiple cars there over the years and was treated good. A couple weeks ago I had the worst experience when a sales associate had me look at a used vehicle that smelled like dog xxxx! He w was treated good. He would only show me used vehicles and not new because of my credit score. I feel discriminated and will never return. BUYERS BEWARE: If you choose to buy a car from this sleazy dealership, be sure they do not add expensive warranties to your contract without your knowledge. They wasted my time. . they called me and told me a car was available when it was not . Waste of Time dealing with Liars ! !! What a joke !!! I called in advance to ask if a specific truck that was on the lot was available. They checked and said, "It's available". So, !! What a joke !!! So, I immediately made a "B"-line for my home to pick up my truck (possible trade in) and headed down to the Strongsville location to make my 2:00 appointment. I get to the dealership just to be told that the truck was unavailable !!! Dealership are real cocky now due to the shortage of inventory so they think they can treat you like your stupid !!! Wasted 2 hours of my time trying to "lure" me into buying another truck that I did not want !!! I would rather take a bus or walk than to EVER buy a car from SERPENTINI !!! FAIR WARNING !!!! More

Would not purchase a vehicle here ever. Purchased vehicle and was told that it had gone through a 'multi point' inspection, which was false. Not only was the onstar navigation light RED, th Purchased vehicle and was told that it had gone through a 'multi point' inspection, which was false. Not only was the onstar navigation light RED, the rear defrost was broken on both sides, and the power seat switch was broken. Forked out over $2,000 to have fixed, and was told it was sold 'as is' however, if they were 'as is' why did they lie/falsely advertise that the car had 'working navigation' and 'working power seats'? Would advise anyone against purchase of a vehicle at this dealership, lawyers have been involved, but no resolution has been offered for the unethical practices they have. More

Worst experience ever. Bought a used 2016 chevy traverse within a month I had to buy a starter on it that costed a good little penny and now engine light is on while its driving not how it should be.
