Don't even go there. I had an appt to see a used car and when I got there the car wasn't there. They claimed it was being test driven. The salesman said it would be back I had an appt to see a used car and when I got there the car wasn't there. They claimed it was being test driven. The salesman said it would be back in a few minutes. I waited 1.5 hrs no car. I went home and the next day they said the car is back. They claimed they had a lot of people trying the car. We came back and the manager asked how we were doing and we explained the run around we got and he literally said "you can walk out that door". Wow that was rude. They didn't care or want my business. So we left. More

Avoid this dealership if you can. I purchased a beautiful used C6 Chevrolet Corvette along with a $2500 service contract from them approximately 2000 miles ago. I had an appointment I purchased a beautiful used C6 Chevrolet Corvette along with a $2500 service contract from them approximately 2000 miles ago. I had an appointment yesterday to have them listen to a troubling noise that happens only when the car is moving. I told them that the sound is especially easy to hear if you coast at 30 mph. Inexplicably, they did not drive the car at all, and returned the vehicle saying that my shocks are leaking, the tires are cupped, and I need $7,190.00 worth of work. I mentioned that I couldn't see any leak, and the car rides like the shocks are working very well (no uncontrolled bouncing at all, even when the rear is depressed manually). Joe, the dealership representative, said that even though the shocks did not show any sign of leaking or uncontrolled body movement, they still needed to be replaced in order to correct uneven tread wear that could not be seen even with close examination later. The estimate for repairs was over $7000, and they hadn't even driven the car to listen for the sound I had asked them to diagnose. His instructions to the mechanic stated only that I had asked about a sound that could be heard when the car was put into gear. I don't know if the crew there is inept, lazy, or malicious, but it clearly is wise to avoid Serpentini Chevy in Strongsville if you can. More

I think the sales team did a good job, my issue lies with finance. This guy is special, I wish I could remember his name, but if you deal with him you’ll get the arrogance right off the bat. Unfriendly and a chore to work with. If you do venture in check for DeShawn and/or Josh. They’re both solid guys and very, very helpful! For those two alone, it’s worth a visit. More
I was charged for a known transmission issue (TSB bulletins posted) even though I had purchased an extended warranty. And was advised if I had brought the car in while the original warranty was still bulletins posted) even though I had purchased an extended warranty. Terrible experience as a disabled combat veteran as well as a Strongsville resident and employee/union rep of the UAW Local 1050 of a GM supplier today while trying to negotiate a truck purchase! Derek the as a Strongsville resident and employee/union rep of the UAW Local 1050 of a GM supplier today while trying to negotiate a truck purchase! Derek the financial manager who is “in charge” of the dealership on Sunday was not being transparent about my loan documents and the numbers being financed after credit check and approval! He just kept going back and forth writing numbers down paper the more questions asked the less he was giving me on my discounts and trade-in!!! But my payment amount was still going up, when I asked to see all the loan paperwork I was told to “go xxxx off and get out of his dealership” literally his words, needless to say this is not stopping with him, waiting to hear back from the GM of the dealership and if necessary the owner as well and contacting an attorney after the treatment and disrespect received here today! Leased/Bought 3 cars in the past 3 years from the Serpentini Strongsville dealership & 2 weeks ago was the most bizarre from the same sales associate I ever had. Usually great to work with (Tom Tewel Serpentini Strongsville dealership & 2 weeks ago was the most bizarre from the same sales associate I ever had. Usually great to work with (Tom Tewell). I basically gave him the sale by asking for him & purchasing in 2-3 days. Medina Auto Mall was begging for my (return) business & in hindsight should've given them the sale & bought the GMC Sierra. ZERO attentiveness, zero effort, zero follow-thru/follow-up. Pretty disappointing unfortunately. More
