This dealership will not stop contacting you even after telling them that you are no longer interested. I have informed them multiple times that I am no longer interested, yet they continue to call and telling them that you are no longer interested. I have informed them multiple times that I am no longer interested, yet they continue to call and email me trying to sell me a car. This is bordering on harassment given that I have expressed that I am not interested and do not want to receive communications from them. I would question the integrity of any dealership who cannot respect a simple request like this and continue to pester you. More

I was excited to go to Bob Serpentini Chevrolet in Strongsville with my pre- approval through Capital One Auto Finance. My salesman John H was very nice in the beginning with my wife and I. I explaine Strongsville with my pre- approval through Capital One Auto Finance. My salesman John H was very nice in the beginning with my wife and I. I explained right from the start I was pre approved and that I didn't want Bob Serpentini Chevrolet to run my credit (hard hit), only to go through Capital One Auto Finance (COAF), and John H assured my wife and I that they wouldn't run my credit because they were going to go straight through COAF. Only 2 minutes after he walked away, my phone started alerting me from multiple credit bureaus that they, Bob Serpentini Chevrolet ran my credit with a hard hit and also COAF. I worked very hard overtime to build my credit score to where it was at and now I'm stuck with a lower score and an extra hard hit to my credit for the next 2 years. This was and is against the law and my Attorney has assured me that His office will be contacting their legal officer and we will file a class action civil law suite against the sales and financial practices of Bob Serpentini Chevrolet of Strongsville. Under the CCRAA, a person may bring an action for a civil penalty in cases such as this. To everyone reading this, it is a true reality for our protection and rights that they have violated. I just wanted to add to everyone not to trust John H because He's a dishonest man, a wolf in sheep's clothing and should be let go when He walks in the door Tuesday morning, to bring any integrity back to Bob Serpentini Chevrolet of Strongsville. Update, of course the response from Serpentini was from Mario T, the General Sales Manager. In which he stated they did nothing wrong and that signed paperwork was obtained from me. Mario T received this information from looking through my file and probably talking to his dishonest salesman John Andrew Howitt. Yes I signed paperwork but not before they ran my credit (hard hit). I only Started signing papers while negotiating pricing and payments. I sure they have cameras and my Attorney said He will have them pulled to see when any and all paperwork was signed. People warned me about Bob Serpentini Chevrolet of Strongsville and hind sight is truly 20/20. Everyone please beware of this business!!! More

Salesperson stopped returning my texts and then finally responded a few days later. I had to tell him that I had purchased the vehicle with a different salesperson. I was supposed to be given "employee pricing" for a second key fob since the car only came with one. I assumed my salesperson would set that process up for me but no. I had to explain my situation to the service department once when ordering the fob and again when picking it up and paying for it. Don't they have a computer system to keep track of everything? They need one! More
This is the 2nd time I have walked out of Serpentini Strongsville and there will not be a 3rd. Unfortunately, the Strongsville chevy branch is the closest to us and I did not want my 17 yr old son driv Strongsville and there will not be a 3rd. Unfortunately, the Strongsville chevy branch is the closest to us and I did not want my 17 yr old son driving with the snowing conditions we had yesterday to a farther service station with no wipers. I had spoken to the Chevy Customer Care and they informed me that there was a special recall on the 2012 Chevy Equinox wiper transmission kit, etc. That did not include the motor. I spoke with Mike at Serpentini and he informed me that there would be a diagnostic fee of $149.99 to determine what is actually wrong. Why? You could clearly hear that the there was no humming coming from the motor, so why does your mechanic need to do a $150 diagnostic fee to hook up for 10 minutes when not hearing the motor should have been the first clue. Regardless, of course it was not the transmission kit that would be covered, but the motor. Fine. When he said the cost would be over $680 I was floored. I had looked up pricing on motors and all of the components. I had called a couple service places around town and they were not even close. The most was going to charge me $255! I went to my auto parts store, bought the motor and installed it. The new motor didn't work. After checking relays and fuses, the problem was a FUSE!! A $2.00 FUSE that you were going to charge me $688 for. So much for your diagnostic being correct. So, I spent $150 for an incorrect diagnosis. Purchased the motor, 2 relays and a fuse for under $100. Mike told me it takes over 2 hours for labor. Even going to the Auto Zone for the fuse and back it took less than an hour to install, correct diagnose and put it all back together. AND I'm not a mechanic that works on these cars all day long. How disappointing that there is no honesty. How disappointing that you WAY over estimate the time it takes to do a probably 30 minute job. Do I recommend you? Absolutely NOT! More
