I recently purchased a new 2025 Chevrolet Suburban Premier from this dealership and had a genuinely great experience. I live about two and a half hours away and had never bought a vehicle out of st Premier from this dealership and had a genuinely great experience. I live about two and a half hours away and had never bought a vehicle out of state before. I found a well priced Suburban on their website that was significantly cheaper than anything available locally and had far more features. Buying local has not been my favorite experience in the past, so I decided to give this a shot. We handled almost everything over the phone. I was able to get the out the door price I was looking for before ever leaving my house. I will admit I hoped to get a bit more for my trade in, but the offer was fair. Yes, I could have sold it myself for more, but that is how trade ins work. Between the discounted vehicle price and the added features compared to local options, it all worked out in the wash. I had my own financing through my bank, but they do not accept out of state checks, even from banks they work with. That led to some back and forth, but in the end they helped secure financing at an APR very close to my pre approval from the same bank. It was a fair compromise and a solution both sides were comfortable with. I was honestly worried that once I arrived, something would change. Extra fees, surprises, or suddenly different numbers. We have all bought cars before and it can get shady. I am happy to say they fully honored everything we agreed to before I made the drive. No games. I also expected to be pressured hard on add ons like extended warranties and protection packages. They did offer everything, the prices were reasonable for the vehicle, and there was zero pressure after the pitch. I declined this time and that was completely respected. Bonus points for no nitrogen tire fill. If you know, you know. I would absolutely buy from them again. If I were recommending them to someone, I would say two things. First, always do your homework before buying a vehicle. Second, if they have what you want at a price you think is reasonable, call them and go get your new ride. One small note for Pennsylvania buyers: you will need to handle inspection and emissions back home. Sometimes I wish I lived in Ohio just to avoid that whole process. Huge thanks to the team who helped my wife and me: Mohammed Ali in Sales, Josh Channel the Finance Manager, and Allen Kasper the Sales Manager. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. Even with my past car buying trauma, they understood the stress and made the process smooth. They also have a massive dealership with a huge selection, and the showroom has all the fun toys if that is your thing. Very happy with my experience and I hope to buy another Chevy from them in the future. More

This is the second car I purchased from them in the past six years, despite living 75 miles away from the dealership. The buying experience was painless, and my salesperson, Mohammad, worked hard to make the sale. He is not only very knowledgeable, but also very personable. I love my new car, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Serpentini and Mohammad again. They have an incredible inventory with something for everyone! I highly recommend Serpentini and Mohammad! Thanks for all the help in making the experience seamless! More

He made the it the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Positive and insightful. The entire staff was courteous and created a calming atmosphere in a usually stressful situation. Not recommended — extremely poor customer experience and sales process. I worked with Marie and her manager Derek. While Marie was friendly and helpful, Derek was extremely unprofessional, rude, and acte sales process. I worked with Marie and her manager Derek. While Marie was friendly and helpful, Derek was extremely unprofessional, rude, and acted as though speaking with me was a waste of his time. Things started fine with the test drive, but once we sat down to discuss numbers the dealership initially offered a significantly below-market trade value. After agreeing to updated numbers multiple times, Derek kept changing the deal and repeatedly said he was “losing money on the deal.” It felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since I voluntarily put down a $1,000 deposit that I had not originally planned to spend. After waiting about two hours to sign paperwork, I was told to come back the next day to finish. Before leaving, I paid the deposit by card and discovered after the fact that there was a $30 card fee that had never been disclosed. When asked about it, I was told the fee was new and “often forgotten to be mentioned.” While waiting in the showroom, another sales rep got off the phone with a customer and loudly said “xxxx that guy” in front of the front desk and next to his manager. The manager laughed and replied “yeah, xxxx that guy.” Hearing that raised concerns about how customers are talked about when they aren’t present. The next day the dealership closed due to the storm. While understandable, it appeared to have been anticipated the day before. Had it been communicated, I would have completed everything Saturday instead of returning to a closed dealership. Communication consisted only of a brief text asking to reschedule — no call, no follow-up. I ultimately did not move forward with the sale. The dealership did refund my deposit, but I was never informed it had been processed and they refused to provide proof via email. The only confirmation I received was a short text message. For a financial transaction, proper documentation should not have been difficult to provide. I did like the vehicle, but the overall experience was disjointed, poorly communicated, and unprofessional, especially at the management level. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Serpentini Chevy in Strongsville and would suggest exploring other dealerships. More
