Not sure I want to say things went well over sales! We had two different people, and they were nice, but we had to tell the first guy about the SUV we were interested in because after he went and looked & said they really didn't have any with third row which my reply was THEY HAVE ONE ONLINE!! He apologized for overlooking that one. Mind you when I spoke to someone online, I specifically stated what we wanted and didn't want to make a trip all the way up there for them not to have any, so they better make sure they have some then for us to get up there to say they really didn't have any!! He also gave me wrong info on the financing. I finally received the paperwork from financing and don't get me started on that!! Oh, and I finally received my car back for the engine light to come right back on a few miles down the road. So, it has another appointment today to figure it out!!(4-14-25) At least this time they gave us a loaner vehicle!! (Conner seems like he's trying though...... no issues with him)

Eddiekolbs, We are sorry to hear how you feel. Although I'm not sure the whole story is in this review. Prior to the flood you did have an insurance claim for work to be done. The insurance sent you a check to pay your bill with it. You cashed it prior to the flood and never paid your bill. The car would not have been in the unforeseeable act of god, flood if you would have paid it when the work was completed. We have made several attempts to call to get the bill resolved. I'm sure if we could get that resolved. we could between us and the insurance company to get everything handled. Just give us a call, ask for Chad the General Sales Manager he would love to talk to you to resolve this matter. 330-683-6050

Please release his car to our insurance company for act of God the big flood we had this summer since in your words a act of God and I guess your insurance will not pay for car setting on your lot for 3 months you're trying to fix and ours is waiting will contact BBB and Ohio Attorney General, and the smart mouth lady in the office is very rude is it the color of our skin?????

Still waiting 48hr they said to follow up with us nothing 💁🏾‍♀️ $45 a day for rides to work or getting rental car and still making car payment. This is how you do business he can't even full grieve his mother's death, you show no good faith in trying to resolve this problem at all BAD car company at this location
