I went there looking for a Colbalt I had seen on the internet. Eric came right out and helped me find what I was looking for. I told him I didn't have much time and I wanted the info straight. This was a little over a year ago, and he still checks in with me to make sure everything is ok with my car and that I'm happy with it. 8 months after I purchased my car my sister was up from VA and needed a car and I took her to Eric and he helped her get a brand new car she likes and helped her get it fast so she could get home. after searching for a jeep patriot at several dealerships in the Massillon area we ex panded our search. We looked at one at a local dealership that was a 2006 for 16,000. we have shaky credit to do past pro in the Massillon area we ex panded our search. The local dealership offered us financing at 15% interest. at serpintini we found a 2008 with all the options we wanted. i went there and was treated with the most respect despite my credit. my salesman was eric johnson. he kept reasuring me he could get the job done. everyone there was friendly and helpful. eric answered all my questions with complete honesty. there was no pressure to make the purchase. he wanted me to be sure i was buying the vehicle that was right for me. the purchase price was thousands less than the dealer ship in massillon, with a warranty. eric worked closely with the finance department because i wanted to sign and drive. he managed to get me financed, sign and drive for 10% interest. my payment is 25.00 less than the car i was trading in. i even was upside down in my loan on my trade. eric told me that serpentini didnt care about those things and would do everything they could to make the deal happen. eric told me they were experts at dealing with customers with less than perfect credit and they wanted me to have the jeep of my dreams. he kept me informed of every step of the process. he barely left my side. he even let me take a 24 hour test drive so my husband could see the car and agree with my decision before signing on the dotted line. i will buy all my future vehicles there and will recommend them to everyone looking for a vehicle. thank you eric and thank you serpintini i love my jeep! We recently purchased a new chevy traverse from Serpentini in Orrville. After stopping at a few other dealerships and not getting the price we were hoping for or a workable monthly payment at the o Serpentini in Orrville. Got very frustrating, reason we walke3d out of the others. Then We decided to Serpentini and just see if they would be any different then the others.....and amaziny enough they were great! Or at least Stephen made it seem like it. Made our experience pressure free and comfortable. Seemed like we knew him before walking in the door that evening. He even stayed past closing hours to answer our questions and never felt rushed to let's make a deal and get outta here feeling. I recommend that if in the market for a new or used car, truck or suv to stop in and see Stephen at Serpentini in Orrville, I believe he will make your auto buying experience the best you've had.
