He was very patient for over a month before I came down and made my purchase. Throughout the entire process he was very accomodating, all the way down to driving a few hours away on his day off to get my new truck and deliver it to me at my house. If it were not for the experience and service he provides, I would never have made it down to the Orville Serpentini because there are many other dealerships that are much closer to where I live. We were treated wonderfully at our visit and were not pressured into a sale we couldn't afford. Most other dealerships we visited did not seem to have our families needs and best interest at heart.
