I went to this dealer on a whim. They had a charger sitting on the lot that I was interested in but they were 2 hours away... Eric was very friendly, took me out on the lot to show me the car I was most interested in. He was very helpful and informative all throughout the test drive. It was great to have someone who was as personable and knowledgeable as Eric. Through the entire, usually extremely painful and boring, process, he was great. I hope to be able to send more people down to this dealer so they can have as an enjoyable experience as I did. More

He was very patient for over a month before I came down and made my purchase. Throughout the entire process he was very accomodating, all the way down to driving a few hours away on his day off to get my new truck and deliver it to me at my house. If it were not for the experience and service he provides, I would never have made it down to the Orville Serpentini because there are many other dealerships that are much closer to where I live. This is the second new purchase I have made through Floyd, and I will continue to come back. More
