Very polite from the beginning. Answered any question I had, and found the answer if he didn't know it. Eric Johnson is valuable employee. He really treats the customers w respect, and almost as if they are family. He calls the customers months later after buying a vehicle just to check up on them and making sure everything is still going good with the vehicle. I recommend anyone to go to Serpentini.
