My vehicle had pet hair and smoke smell in it despite the fact I was told it would be cleaned etc. The gas needle was a hair before empty. Finance has not returned my calls in reference to needing copies of my signed paperwork. The day of sale they gave me a flash drive that is defective. I have had the vehicle 3 weeks and have had to service the sun roof, get vehicle aligned and purchase a ionizer to correct smell. my salesman was non pressuring but I sure hope I don't have to seek legal help to obtain hard copies of my paperwork and title More

Absolute worst dealer sales policy! !! We made an appointment to see a vehicle at 11:00 am. On the morning before we drove 2 hours they sent a text and left a voice message to confirm th !! We made an appointment to see a vehicle at 11:00 am. On the morning before we drove 2 hours they sent a text and left a voice message to confirm the appointment. When we pulled into the lot we saw a salesman showing our vehicle to another customer. Instead of telling the other customer that we had an appoinment to see the vehicle first they told us "too bad first come, first served". What is the purpose of making an appointment if the vehicle is potentially sold before we arrive? They should have told the other customer that we were scheduled to see the vehicle and they could look at it after us. But they turned us away. Very bad business. Never do business with these guys. Unfortunately, they only care about themselves and not you. I went in on a Monday night (Jan. 9th) looking to purchase a 2023 Chevy Tahoe Z71. When we went it was dark so I wasn't able to really look over the vehicle for scratches or anything like that. I was able to notice SOME scratching from a single lot light and I pointed it out to Marco, my salesperson. He said "no worries anything you see in the daylight, we will take care of." I drove an hour and 20 minutes in order to even get to this dealer. So we sit down to go over numbers and it took forever, I was ready to just quit and go home without the vehicle. We went back and forth about the monthly payment several times and he assured me that he could get me where I wanted so I agreed to purchase the vehicle at that point (as it was nearing 10pm). We sat there for a while longer just to finally be told that they had to up the payment $100 a month. I reluctantly decided to proceed with the deal, not really knowing if he lied about the payment just to get me to this point but, whatever. We took the vehicle home and didn't have a sunny day since purchasing it. So on Sunday the 15th, I knew I needed to look it over to find the scratches so they didn't try to blame me. I went through a touchless car wash and then came home to dry it and spray wax it. This vehicle is ridiculously scratched on every single black trim piece around the windows, and almost every single painted panel. I called my salesperson and sent photos. They wanted me to drive the hour and 20 minutes back to their dealership to see if it was something they would cover? After arguing about it being covered they said they would just take care of it. Then I asked about getting a vehicle to drive, because they wanted to leave me without a vehicle for the repair? They said if I had to have a vehicle that I would be into the middle of Feb before they would look at it and approve it. I ended up taking the vehicle to a business that I trusted to get an estimate just to see if they would pay for me to have it done in my town. After all, I think I spent enough money with you to be a little more accommodating... We sent it to them and they said either they are doing it or it is coming out of my pocket. I called and talked to my sales person and he said that it was to protect them from me coming back and saying that there was a scratch that couldn't be buffed out, that my guy created lol. He then had his manager call me. His manager started off the conversation with an attitude. I asked him why he was being rude about it and he said "I'm just being blunt" I was a little shocked and then just said wow...? To that he replied "Oh sorry, I'll beat around the bush for you!" Needless to say, I had a few choice words and then I hung up. I sincerely hope that everyone else has a better experience. I would have never purchased this vehicle if I would've known this is what would happen. All I wanted was something a little more convenient, and it would've saved them money and a loaner vehicle, as my guy could have it done in a day. We are just a paycheck to them and I hope you consider another dealership before coming here. I truly don't trust you with my vehicle and I am sorry I ever came here. More
