I was pleased to work with the salesman Brian as he was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. I was not thrilled with the finance/sales department. I understand you make your money on sales but when someone tells you no to additional warranties, they need to accept that answer instead of arguing and manipulating numbers with me for 45 minutes, it was very uncomfortable and hard to maintain professionalism to get the deal done. This is the worse dealership I ever been to.
