I met salesman "John W." and mention to him that it took over an hour to get there and probably I would not purchase a car that far away. I also explained to john that my old and sport cars don"t see salt or rain. John said okay, what if I delivered the camaro on a trailor , when there is no salt on the road or raining day at no charge. What dealer does this? Surprisingly lovely experience I was honestly surprised with the kind and playful spirits of the staff, their patience, and their positive can-do attitudes. Steve Fusco went on a test drive with me and allowed me to drive without trying to control any part, nor was he ever condescending or over-explanatory because I was a woman, something I've certainly experienced before. In fact, both Steve and Pat Kaiser made me feel like I was an old friend. They listened attentively to my questions and responded with kindness and clarity (and often humor). Pat even picked me up some snacks when he went to fuel the car I was buying AND did his signature cartwheel brought out only after a sale. It was a pretty darn special experience. The icing on the cake was driving home the newest car I've ever owned. Thank you ever so much, guys <3 More
