I bought a 2018 Kia Optima from here and I had a great experience! I had the car for a week and I found that the brakes might need work and they fixed them no charge! Will not go back to this place again. If I could give it zero stars I would. I took my car in for an oil change. First off they never reset my oil meter. No big deal I googled how to do it myself. A couple zero stars I would. I took my car in for an oil change. First off they never reset my oil meter. No big deal I googled how to do it myself. A couple weeks later my windshield washer fluid was empty when I’d hardly used it. They are supposed to fill your fluids when they do the oil change. It’s why I drive so far to get it done. I took my car back in for something else and requested they top off my fluids because I don’t think it was done. I was told that my engine coolant was low and my oil. But there are no oil leaks. I had them fixed. My sheet also said that the brake fluid was low. Only thing it says was filled was the windshield washer fluid even though I was told that all my fluids were filled. I’m almost certain that I was charged for an oil change that was never done. That is why everything is low and the meter was never reset. More

Bought a new Chevy Trax from Pat who was very helpful. I went in on a Saturday and they were very busy.
