Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville May 31, 2025 BW I inquired about a vehicle from this dealership and started receiving what appeared to be automated (BOT or VA) responses from "Adam Shilling'. This n inquired about a vehicle from this dealership and started receiving what appeared to be automated (BOT or VA) responses from "Adam Shilling'. This name is listed in the company's list of employees, but the emails I have been receiving don't appear to be created by human hands. Very generic and broad in nature. I have responded several time with questions, but a few days later I get another email with very general statements and no answers to my questions. While I understand automated systems to manage incoming inquires, at some point if they want to sell an advertised vehicle you would think there would be a real response to potential customer inquires. Update: Not sure what is going on with this dealership. I have been trying to communicate with them for a couple of weeks now and previously got nothing but automated responses from an email account claiming to be 'Adam Shilling'. After getting a bit ornery in an email, I finally received an actual (not automated) response that stated "I want to refer you to my long distance specialist". Given that I am 150 miles away, I understand if this dealership has a specialist for non local sales. However, I have yet to receive ANY communication from anyone else. Given this Adam Shilling has yet to demonstrate any ability to do his job for this company, I highly doubt he forwarded my contact info to anyone. What is sad is that I was ready to purchase this vehicle at the time I first inquired. Now the price is 1600 lower, this dealership is not intelligent enough to understand even if I purchase today, they lose that 1600. Apparently they don't want to sell vehicles. I am still waiting. More

I have been a customer for 25 years. wanted to purchase a new equinox, they did not have what I wanted but found one in about a week. The new vehicle is fine but all facets of the financ wanted to purchase a new equinox, they did not have what I wanted but found one in about a week. The new vehicle is fine but all facets of the financing were very deceiving. I am now paying a loan for nearly $3,000 above the agreed to sale price. They say I will have the overage taken off of the principle in four to six weeks. Signing papers virtually is not the way to go. waiting to see what happens! More

They an excellent selection of vehicles with great prices,very knowledgeable people who help you with whatever questions you have, plus the financing options available are very flexible. I won't be purchasing a car from this dealership again. I won't go into too much detail because I would be writing a lot. People was nice but need to get their act together. The guy never told them we were there, or they forgot we was there for our appointment. Finance was ok but we still never received our paperwork that we were told it will be emailed to us. (I will be asking about that) Received the car and drove a couple miles and engine light came on. Things happen it is a used car but what has really upset me is the car has been in shop for over a week. They won't call with an update unless you call and leave a message. Each call is a different story, first they can't find issue then next day its air leak, then next time they need more time to figure it out, to an igniter, have to wait for part. Then they receive the part and fixed it but now find another problem. Bought the car almost 2 weeks ago and still haven't drove it but twice to take it home, to drive it right back. More
