My experience with Sentry West Mazda was fantastic. I recently took my 2009 Mazda 6I to fix a flat after hitting a giant pothole. While completing the task, they found a significant unrelated issue. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me the part was still under warranty and replaced it at no cost. The service technician was courteous, friendly, and professional, explaining the process clearly and keeping me updated. It's amazing how my 14-year-old Mazda 6I still drives like new, thanks to Mazda's excellent design, exceptional workmanship, and quality parts. That said, I feel the professional, trustworthy, and efficient service from Jim Kelley and his team at Sentry West Mazda service is what makes keeping the car in this shape a pleasure. I will buy a Mazda again, and it will be at Sentry Mazda West. More

I had a very bad experience with Jim the service manager. Car had a dead battery one morning, I jumped it and checked if charging, it was, car sat for 3 days in garage and it happened again. I put in a new battery and it did it again after about 3 days sitting in garage. It must of had a parasitic draw and would kill the battery. Brought it to Sentry West, the two service writers were great. I told them about the problem and had them replace the new battery I had just put in as you can't trust a battery that has been completely dead. Picked up car 2 days later, they ordered a door module which was the problem and unplugged it so it wouldn't be a parasitic draw, and I could have the car back as it would take several weeks to get the part and have it painted. Two days later same problem. I call and phone goes to machine during open hours. I call again a half hour later and same thing, I leave a message this time. I call an hour later and someone answers hello, I ask if this is service he says yes. I told him what was happening (had no clue who it was) he told me to call Roadside assistance. I bring the car to Shrewsbury and ask them what's going to happen now, again service writer is great. Then Jim comes, I introduce myself and we talk about the symptoms. Then I tell him I'm not comfortable with the battery anymore as it has gone completely dead and I already went through this with a brand new battery I had just installed and had Sentry put a new one in to replace my new one as batteries might seem fine but when they have gone completely dead they are not 100 % anymore. That's when it started, Jim told me Lincoln won't replace the battery, I reiterated it's been compromised and we went back and forth a little. Then Jim told me in 60 days they won't be a Lincoln dealer anymore. I asked why he said that and to me that meant he doesn't care, he gave me a little smirk and didn't answer me. I tried to explain to him what course I was going to take now and preempted my explanation with "don't take this the wrong way", "this is not a threat" this is what I'm going to do as you leave me no choice (I'm not going to stand there and argue with him) I told him I'm going to dispute the charge on the battery, file a complaint with BBB and finally go to small claims. At that point he told me to get in my car and get it out of there. I don't think I got a bad battery. They said they took care of the parasitic draw and they didn't, that's what hurt the battery. I don't feel discord with the mechanic for not getting the draw on the battery fixed the first time, these vehicles are very complex. I do however hold Sentry responsible for that new battery being diminished, I'm not trying to get something for nothing here, as is shown with me replacing the new battery I installed several days later, having Sentry replace it with a new one. Jim has caused all this over what amounts to under a $100. He did nothing but give me excuses as to show me the cost would be on me to do this and he would be out of the Lincoln business in 60 days. After he told me to "get in my car and get it out" on the way out he shouted out "I'll cancel your parts" unbelievable interaction with this guy, so now I'm forced to waste my time righting a wrong. I have better things to do. More

I call at 2pm, they say they don't know if loaners will be back, to call back later. I call back later and leave a voicemail for service. I never got a call back. My warranty is supposed to cover rentals/loaners. I never agreed to a service appointment on standby, the last Lincoln dealership that I dealt with would actually bring me my rental and pick up my car. My car should be there now being serviced and I have still not even gotten a call to ask why it isn't there, never mind a return call. I worked at car dealerships for a decade. I am not that unreasonable. Update....Jim in service called to yell at me for the review and to say I did not make the appointment. 2/8 at 9:28 am is when I made the appointment. Listen to your recorded lines. Amazingly unprofessional at every turn so far. More

Questioned this as when I purchased the car from them I questioned tread and they said 80% left (only 6.5K miles traveled) then all of a sudden it passes and still has 5k tread left. Scam! Also, there was a recall on the car which they are meant to check. Didn't check. More

They always tried to find something to charge me for. I don't mind to pay if they fixed the problem but I paid for the service anyway even though the problem was not fixed. I told them that was so disrespectful and I left. More

From the Manager Jim Kelly and all the staff that my wife and I have had the pleasure to be greeted and serviced by. They have been honest with their diagnostics of vehicle problems and are very fair with cost. The staff, sales and service department work with you to make sure that the customer is satisfied and pleased with the service. I had currently bought a Mazda their a week later I had a problem with the radio. I bring it back so they can check it out and tell me they're gonna need the car for the day so they can fix it. I asked about a loaner car since this car is new and already an issue they tell me that I would have to pay 30 dollars for it. I told him the car is brand new and it's a manufacturer issue they should cover it. I left their so annoyed I decided to call Mazda myself and they had no problem fronting the bill for the loaner. I failed to mention this was the second car I bought from this dealer so the customer loyalty was there but where was the dealership loyalty. They kiss your xxx to get you to buy the car but when it comes time for them to step up and actually take care of the customer they look the other way. More

He offered to rectify the problem by letting me exchange the tires that were initially put on to the ones I had requested, and pay only the difference in their cost. This is a guy you can trust. Dan gets 5 out of 5 Stars. ********** People friendly. Work seemed adequate. Big problem was they installed a different part from the one I expressly requested without telling me. Had ordered the part through the dealership and was very specific with what I wanted. They told me that was what they had ordered. When I picked up the vehicle it WAS NOT what I had ordered! Would NOT use this dealership again. More
