I originally came into Sentry to purchase some bulbs as my rear blinker had burnt out. I was going to replace the bulb when I got home. As I was about to enter the parts department, I ran onto Enio Drummon my rear blinker had burnt out. I was going to replace the bulb when I got home. As I was about to enter the parts department, I ran onto Enio Drummond, the salesman who sold me my Escape. He told me he thought bulbs were covered under the original warranty which I still had. He brought me to Bob Marshall who verified as such and I told him I probably could not leave the car that day because I had to pick up my son from work.
