Purchased a Mercury Milan in April 2019with an accent speed stripe along the side(A big deal was made about this being thrown in) The stri;ing started to buckle and c;me loose in the fall and was suppos speed stripe along the side(A big deal was made about this being thrown in) The stri;ing started to buckle and c;me loose in the fall and was supposedly fixed twice.After the winter it tore or broke down in at least 10 places on both stdes.When I complained about thls I was told rudely that this was not guarenteed (which I had npt beeh told before) amd nothing could be done about it.I have had speed stripes on 6 previous cars(from differebt dealers) without ahy problem. I am quite disapointed. More

I was having problems with my truck stalling and when I called Mike, he knew exactly what the problem was and set up an appointment immediately. Upon picking up the vehicle, Kevin greeted us at the door a called Mike, he knew exactly what the problem was and set up an appointment immediately. I drive by Sentry on my way to work each day and decided to check it out. I was greeted by Kevin as soon as I walked in. I told him what I had in mind including how much I wanted to spend monthly and he and to check it out. I was greeted by Kevin as soon as I walked in. They took care of my registration and new license plates for me, everything was so easy. I was very impressed especially when I bumped into Kevin a few weeks later and he remembered me and asked how the car was running. I will continue to return to Sentry South and have been referring friends and family. More
i would like to thank the following people at sentry for their help. i have been buying my cars at sentry since 1995 and it's because of the people above. my salesman james broderick goes out of his way to their help. i have been buying my cars at sentry since 1995 and it's because of the people above. my salesman james broderick goes out of his way to make me feel like sentry cares about me and is why i always buy my car at sentry south. his honesty is refreshing. ed gallagher my service advisor always goes out of his way to make sure what is wrong with my car is explained to me so i can understand what needs to be fixed, and repair is always done correctly at a fair price. he won't let my car out of the shop unless he's sure problem was fixed. also want to thank the service manager mike norton who has helped me in the past and is one of the reasons my cars are always serviced at sentry south. mike norton does an outstanding job and it shows in how are cars are correctly fixed at sentry south. i send all my friends down to sentry south because of the people above. thank you paul broderick jr. customer since 1995 More
